POV- 1 hour of uncut barista workflow

Decided to record a full hour on shift today! This includes the busy periods as well as quiet patches in between orders, where I clean down and prepare to be busy again!

The steam wand is insulated or double walled so the outside is fine to touch while inside the steam wand is super hot 🔥

After watching several of these videos, (excellent content by the way, I can't stop watching them, thank you!) I am surprised that the vast majority of people drink coffee with milk in some of its varieties (latte, cappuccino, etc.) but almost no one just coffee, black coffee. What happened? Was it always like that? Am I one of the few who drink black coffee?
