    Love from myanmar. Amazing workflow🎉. Can I know why we can't do something with the excess foamed milk. I feel stingy to pour it down. Let me know your opinion sir

      There's few reason to it.
      Milk that has been steamed or frothed for a drink quickly loses its optimal texture. If left to sit, it can develop an off taste or an unpleasant smell, which would negatively affect the quality of the next drink.
      Once milk has been heated, it should not be reheated again. Re-steaming milk can produce a less creamy or unstable foam, which leads to an unpleasant taste and texture.
      Freshly steamed milk has a velvety texture that's essential for creating latte art and a smooth drinking experience. Leftover milk loses this texture over time.

    what's the difference between a latte and a flat white, and why can't you have a large flat white.

    • @issackxcoffee
      @issackxcoffee  6 месяцев назад +1

      There’s a difference in size and Foam that goes into each drink, typically a flat white is 6oz strong drink and latte is 8oz -12oz drink with high ratio of milk.
      In terms of milk texture, Flat whites have a velvety, silky microfoam, while lattes have a creamier, frothier steamed milk.
      Some coffee shops do serve larger flat white.
