Got my GW Ultra yesterday, very happy with it so far. On paper it seems big but due to the cushion case design and integrated straps it wears like a much smaller watch.
Battery life for me, normal use....gym and one call.....maximum 39h....i dont know if this is normal but some people say 3 days....and for me? imposible... (note: 3rd battery cycle)
Thank you very much! Just in terms of heart rate accuracy, the GW7 was a bit better for me personally. But in general, I would probably recommend the Huawei Watch Fit 3.
Your summary is good, it's a smartwatch first with training features secod, in general focused on gamification of mainstream health. The processor is a fabulous powerhouse (almost four times the power and speed of the Galaxy Watch 4 and 6) and the sensor has immense potential. However, while Samsung has the most powerful engine in the business they've decided to block certain Google Playstore apps designed to utilize that power, for example Watchmaker and Facer. This makes Samsung watches Abandonwear. I've been on the Wear OS platform since 2016, and pre-ordered the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic with the turning bezel prior to launch, but now that they are blocking the very features that make it so powerful as a smartwatch, I will look elsewhere. Shame that my Samsung experience lasted only one hardware platform generation.
Could you make a video with different bands on this? Not just the Samsung ones but also third party ones? I'm considering this color but don't know how it will look with different bands
Do you have thoughta on real time pace? I have been running with this for about two weeks now and i feel the pace jumps up and down sporadically sometimes being off by about a minute or so in comparison with my Epix Pro.
Same problem here. I can’t believe how nobody is telling this in the reviews of the Watch. This is totally unforgivable in a 700€ device. In comparison to my garmin fenix 7x the instant pace is totally inaccurate making this Watch useless for a minimal serious training.
I just got an update that is supposed to improve the battery maybe there is a potential fix for it in that update. I will run with it again tomorrow to see if there was any improvement.
Wow! Galaxy Watch Ultra looks so tough and roughed. Finally, a Watch Ultra for guys. Don't miss the rotating bezel, digital bezel works awesome. Never liked the Apple watch ultra, looks like a mini iPhone on the wrist. Time for Apple to redesign the Apple watch, boring and stale.

I also have this since almost 2 weeks and an Epix Pro and the Garmin is way more accurate when it comes to instant pace.

No, it works with most other Android phones as well. At least it works with mine.
