This BB58 GMT might be my favorite Tudor watch of all time. I'm glad they made it a slight smaller and thinner.

@key4duty I picked mine up last week. I agree, the gilt is less yellow in real light and more a muted copper. It looks great.

See this has just made me want to wait for a Black Bay Pro refresh even more. I love that watch but it isn’t worth buying the current model when we know it’ll be updated with the thinner, metas movement and maybe even an opaline dial. Honestly, would love to see it in a blue dial as well.

I was almost 100% sure to buy Longines Spirit Zulu 39. As an owner of BB58 I was not looking into new BB58 GMT. Now I have to try it on..

Thank you for an amazing video! I always look forward to watching your stuff. Would love to see some vintage Tudor vs new if you ever get the chance. New Tudor is fun but I feel like they strayed away from what they were made for since they started making their own movements. I don't need METAS because that's barely on par with normal quartz... I would take a well regulated non COSC ETA any day 🤷🏻♂️

I have gone to and fro on the BB58. I liked it and then it got popular and then everyone had one and it became boring but I think all things considered its a heck of a watch and a great contender for a GADA or one watch collection. I dont need a GMT so if I would ever buy one I would get a bronze one. Take care Andrei!

The 58 is so well made and perfectly proportioned for a sports watch. It borrows from classic Tudors and Rolex without being a slave to an exact copy . It really is it’s own thing. The gilt bezel gives the 58 a warm feel, the red triangle offers a pop of color paying homage to the Tudor Big Crown, the chunky coin edge crown is so satisfying to wind with a refined matching coin edge bezel and I love the snow flake seconds hand. It’s different from the more traditional lollipop style. By the way, 39 mm is on the smaller side for a modern sized sports watch. I think anything smaller is playing vintage territory.

I thought this looked a bit unimpressive from tudors publicity. In your video it looks amazing.
I now have a nagging in the back off my mind that my black bay pro will be replaced with this better version that is thinner, But I can’t imagine they can make a better looking version.
I’m now hoping they finally make some black bays with a date that are not GMT’s

If they just make a 42 mm for those of us with bigger wrists
In fact, 42mm is perfect on a normal man wrist.
So,e of the macro shots are exactly why I don’t understand Tudor pricing. How can they offer watches with that much dust; even fingerprints on the handset for so much money? They gotta get their QC together for sure if they want to remotely compete with watches at a quarter of the price.
I think tudors in general are pretty clean. haven't seen so many Qc issues.

This incremental love for Tudors as they make minor tweaks seems strange since the original thicker watches were either acceptable or not. I'm happy with the Tudor GMT I bought way back. I'm not giving them more of my money for this adjustment. There will be other colour options to follow. If you go this route you'll be buying the same watch over and over. Alternatively you will never buy a Tudor as you wait for the next "improvement".
It's funny when all youtube reviewers are in love for the same watch!!!! I believe all is self explanatory! Personally this isn't a so nice watch with its gilt numerals... And all the watches look the same!!!
I don’t get it. I never got the Black Bay series. Round markers and snowflake hands look like s… anyway I look at it. A diver without crown guards or recessed into the case. Fake rivets bracelet with lack of comfort. Date window is worse executed than on an SKX. Aluminium insert with no hardening (worse than a 1996 SKX)
