- Hey you guys! So today I am using these Annie Magnetic Hair Rollers. I got them from my local beauty supply for $1.99 per 8 pack, but I’m sure Amazon has them as well. It was my first time using them, so see how I feel about them and watch til the end for the end result!

When using magnetic rollers, you can avoid the indentation created by the snap on by rolling upward. This way if the indentation occurs, it's naturally hidden because it's underneath the curls.

They're called magnetic rollers because of the way the wet hair sticks to the roller, like it's attracted to it. As long as your hair is wet enough, the ends of your hair will kind of stick to the roller.

If u like the rollers next time use a duck bell clip or bobby pins to pin the rollers in place most hair stylist don’t use the cover because it leaves indentations

Tap your roots with a warm flat iron and that’ll take care of the bump or crease caused by the roller clip😉

Next time you should use the magnetic rollers, don’t use the snap. Use long bobbie pins to hold the roller in your hair. And you won’t have the dent in your hair. Your hair looks beautiful! People during the 60s and 70s used these rollers when they had a perm on their hair. It looks fabulous! Your hair style last longer too.

I like that you do different styles with your natural hair, I've been natural for two years and its cool to see how versatile our hair is. Try those metal clips your hair will be exposed but you want get the dent old school Love your hair
Looks great!! Yea ive owned those kind of rollers since my relaxer days lolz. What u can do to avoid that lil bump is use those metal hair pins u slide inside the roller to secure it in place. Then u wont need the snap part.

You should hold the hair up and high and roll down so the roller is sitting on the base/scalp and then you won’t have the bump when you clip it on 💕

Look's great. Next time you could use a bobby pin/pin curl clips to hold the front rollers in place instead of the part that snaps on so won't have that line

Very precise and neatly rolled curls. I have been experimenting with these exact same rollers along with some I bought at Sally's that are larger. My technique is nowhere near as well done as yours and my hair still comes out very nice. I'm only spritzing it with water and letting it air dry. I need to look into the mousse you suggested.

the way to stop the bump in the front is to 1. use the smaller roller size and 2. roll it the opposite way from the rest.
I think the bump goes away with smaller sections I could be wrong I haven't used these since I had a perm

I have the self holding wuns from goody. I got them at Walmart(online) in a package that cums in different sizes. I enjoy using them. They are good if I want small curls wun day and large curls the next. I hope that helped.
