I see my youth bright and full of color...a small elementary school on the west coast....surrounded by apple orchards...we are safe and warm in the company of friends and ever day is full of joy and laughter....I can still feel the coastal breeze...chrisp and clean...our parents take care of us in this blessed place and we have not a care in the world...the only greed we know is not sharing during lunch....violence is something we see on tv and far away...how did I end up so far away...I have fallen from the grace of these past days....my soul longs to go back but my mind knows that's impossible.....I'm 29 now and have experience brutality and hate the outside world has....I tired now.......Sleep weighs on me....hopefully a bright cozy school on the west coast is in my dreams tonight.....I can see the orchards already😑😪😴
