Much love to you Deborah 💗 I am playing this video to my 17 year old son as he lays here very sick in what the doctors say is the last stages of bowel cancer. Doctors and people around me have pretty much declared him as dead already. His daily diet is just a cocktail of morphine and all kinds of other drugs. I am his mama and as long as my sons heart is beating I have hope and he has a chance . I will never give up hope of my son making a full recovery just because everyone else says so. I am diagnosed with Chronic PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, insomnia, and ADHD. I was getting 3-5 hours of sleep every night, waking up feeling heavy, miserable, hating the world, feeling exhausted throughout my day and being irritable at work, and ive been in therapy for years now. This video randomly popped up in my suggestions so I decided to try it thinking I git nothing to lose, and I was a bit skeptical simce nothing else worked for me. I IMMIDIATELY noticed the difference after waking up the first time, but, it was the weekend so I thought it could just be that I slept in. So, I tried it again with only 3-4 hours of sleep, and for the first time in a looooooong time, even eith lack of sleep, I woke up feeling lighter, grateful, energetic, ready to start my day! This stuff REALLY WORKS.

I also lost a dear 27 year old son. This truly is the worst pain I've ever had - losing a child. His brothers struggle. He left behind a wife and infant son. My heart goes out to all who suffer a loss. Peace and healing to all is my constant prayer.

I know it is easier said than done, but I’ve used the power of affirmations that I repeat for myself as well as have my mom do it plus imagining as if we are a light source like a 1000 watt bulb emerging out of a dark cocoon, that our brightness brightens our entire energy field for as far as eyes can see and beyond. It definitely shifts things for good, I’ve seen more impact on my mom who has chronic pain, anxiety and COPD, asthma that has made her extremely paranoid. Some days are much harder to feel positive but as soon as I get up I say,”Thank You God, Universe, Angels, Divine, Spirit, Guides, Ancestors.” “I am ready for another happy wonderful day for me and my family.” Plus the light radiance around us image that I put out immediately. Call it coincidence, synchronicity but 💯 % of the times I’ve done it with intention, OMG it does help tremendously. Trust me, it takes a while to train your mind daily but once you do it a week,another week gets easier and then it becomes automatic like brushing your teeth. Change your diet. To a while food diet. No processed foods, boxed, bagged or premade microwave meals. Stop using a microwave. And cut sugars. Get in a workout regimen. You won’t be sorry. And keep meditating to this.

My best friend died in my arms December 17, 2021. Ive been an entertainer all my life and can often lift my moods on my own but even clowns have dark days. Thank you, for the serene, peaceful, rest from my chaotic thoughts. In my therapy they siggest a sleep journal so 6:39 hours of solid sleep is a good start. Peace to all.

I’m sharing my story to give all those dealing with loss and grief hope. April 2020 I was nursing my partner at home receiving end of life due to cancer. I new the end was near and out of no where my mother died suddenly on 5th April. My partner then died 8th May. Just 4 weeks between the two most important people in my life. 2 years on I’m left with a constant pain in my chest and such sadness but I cling on to the fact that it’s how they lived not how they died and take comfort that one day I will see them again. I don’t need to see or feel them to know they are there. A great love never leaves you. There is no timeframe to grief and loss and your life may never be the same but you will learn to take each day as it come. Take care x

I wish you transformation of that anger, into harmony. I wish you an ocean, emptied out, to hold your tears. Just don't lay down, don't give up. Never give in. Never say die. Before I moved to my brothers in July of 2020, I lived by a couple of people with three children who were the loudest angriest people I've ever been around. They were cooking meth and it almost killed us but we were evicted instead of them because we complained. In order to tune out the generator that they used and them climbing over my head in the attic at night and pumping the gas into our apartment, I would play this type of video. I believe to this day that it helped keep me alive during the worst time of mind her life. Being gassed intentionally while alive is something most people don't survive. These videos have power and they do have healing power. Find different ones and listen to them and also try Rife frequencies to Target specific areas of your body. They are amazing as well but not as pleasant to listen to but they work! We are frequency beings and these frequencies do have an impact on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health! Me too and the way I dealt with my neighbours, was to turn every radio, tv, Alexa, up to full volume till they stopped and it worked! This was after I tried letting them know it was making me ill and Id had a stroke, yet it still went on and became unbearable, so you might need to give them a taste of their own medicine, sometimes thats what it takes.

The one thing for me was to lose my son it breaks my heart every year on the 25 of February. He was 6. Then my wife of 20 January of 2016 . The las year my oldest son passed from Covid. Now as I sit hear alone depressed hoping one day I will be able to get back to normal again. It’s not today. I’m hoping this music will help. Pray for one another love one another and forgive each other. As we are loved by our most Heavenly Father. Job had faith we all have faith and love in our hearts. I know it’s hard sometimes but. It will make us stronger for the journey we are walking now. May god walk with you each and every step till we all as his children go home to be with him and our families. They may be gone. I'm listening to this at 2:45am, trying to get to sleep. Just buried my grandfather 12/10/22 and two days ago on 1/20/23 my grandmother (his wife of 65+ years) transitioned due to hospital negligence... This one hits so different because it was so unexpected and avoidable.
Please send healing energy to my mom (and her 9 siblings) who is now burying her second parent less than 2 months apart and less than a month after her 60th birthday (12/30). 😢

I'm so sorry!! I hope you had a great father like I did!! He passed in December due to complications after a stroke 13 days before. He was a few months shy of 89, so I tell myself that he had a long life and it was his time to have a rest, but I'm not sure yet if that helps or not. :( I am grateful for the 57 years that I had with him!! My mom had 65!! :) I have 4 siblings, so she gets alot of support from us! Take care....

I was having a terrible headache(rare for me),and this video within 2 minutes assisted in ache free. I was restless and couldn't sleep. Within first hour I barely remember slipping into a deep sleep.. the dark video gave just enough shadow to my room but enough darkness to sleep. I now have used this for 3 nights. My sleep has been literally transformed. I am lulled quite literally. I am a chronic toss and turner. I go to asleep early (mainly due to exhaustion from poor sleep), awaken in middle of night for a couple hours, then back to sleep for 3 hours. Listening to this I still awaken, but early and later sleep are deep and I dream! I am going to work on closing the gap, and keeping myself from interrupting every night with the wake state habit.
Same experience here~ slept for 8 hrs straight last night, actually 4:30am - 12:30pm. normally I would feel upset that I "missed the day", but not this time. I just feel grateful & at peace. The other thing that I did, after some research, was to lay on my back w/2 very firm pillows under my legs. This created an 'L' shape, like sitting in a chair- only on my back, of course =) For some reason this provides certain people w/additional alignment that can help keep us asleep. I am a side sleeper, so it was a challenge at first, but I literally woke up in exact same position! It was amazing. Just wanted to share this in case it may work for you~ worth a shot, right?!
