Tonight I saw a car accident. I am almost positive the lady passed away. I saw her face down on the cement with blood. That could have been me, the car flew right next to my cad. The car was going 45-50 mph while the lady was at a complete stop. I can't help but close my eyes and think of her. I usually listen to this when I am having trouble sleeping, and I never would've thought I'd be listening to this after witnessing something like that. Please pray for her and her family. Thank you.

I've been suffering from depression and fighting it alone for almost two years. Yes alone. My family gave up on me my friends left me but I never did once gave myself up. Hey guys, I just wanted to stop by to send some positive energy to all of you! These past years been very tough to me. Ive been challenged mentally, emotionally and certainly spiritually. I feel like i’m finally finding myself and who I was once before when I had peace. I am thankful to come across a channel like this one that shows me that we are really all one in the same. We all have these daily struggles that we deal with that can keep us up late at night but just know that you are not alone. I am a teen with ADHD and because of that I probably have insomnia(considering I can’t sleep at all) but this really helped!!!
If your on Medication for it like me, it definitely affects the algorithmic sleep patterns.

Absolutely brilliant, when I need a nap during the day I pop my headphones on and off I go to sleep. I have problems going to sleep as can't stop thinking of distracting things. This music blocks all that out.
