Thanks so much. I've been recently experiencing a little bit of depersonalization. This really helped a lot to get me to do think positive vibes and relaxing. Thank you so much.
P.s: if you experience depersonalization/derealization I just wanna let you know that it will pass. It will. Just find ways that can help you keep your mind busy and stay on a healthy lifestyle routine that can get you through. Also another tip is to say I'm feeling weird and I dont like it but it will pass eventually. Hope you guys get better and really it's not a disorder it's just another form of anxiety that happens when you go through stress about a childhood trauma. Don't ever give up, even though it's been said so many times, it's because it's TRUE. Hope you have a great life and yeah just try and enjoy it. 🤗🤗

I'm crying in my bed because of how much I needed to see this. I have bipolar and anxiety and nothing has truly felt real in years. It's been much worse than normal this last week or so and I'm losing my grip on reality. I'm trying to take a nap to help with sleep deprivation and to maybe help it go away, so I stumbled on your comment while listening to this video. Just know that you made a big difference in my life and I hope that you are feeling less derealization through the tips you just gave. Good vibes and love your way!
