TW: Depression/ Anxiety
Currently having an anxiety attack while working as a Medical Interpreter, this music has helped me a lot while trying to calm myself down and not just drop my work and go curl up in bed. I'm going through a heavy depression episode and feel like I have no one to talk to, I don't want to burden my family but anyway, music has always been my healthiest coping mechanism! Thank you so much for uploading this, it feels like a warm whole hug to my broken soul at the moment. Very grateful and touched. And for anyone out there who might be struggling with depression or anxiety or just life in general, let's carry on, being the strongest we can and feel hopeful that tomorrow will be another chance for us to enjoy this rollercoaster journey called life. 🌠✨
