Can you do a video on good carbs vs bad carbs? Pasta / rice? I personally gain weight with carbs and trying to find a good balance of nutrients. I’m not gf. I don’t have digestive issues. I have no food allergens. I run avg 25 miles/ week. I do strength training 4x / week. 52 Y/O Male Not a lot of info on healthy people diets 🤷♂️but want to have proper energy and healthy life.
Thanks for the request! Are you more concerned with carbs related to running or for general health? There are different answers for each topic. The oversimplified short answer is that God-made natural foods are best: brown rice, potatoes, fruit, oats, whole grain minimally processed pasta/bread. But it’s different for running due to fiber content. I’ll try to make a video on each. If you want to send me your email, I can send you a macronutrient guide that briefly explains healthy macronutrients vs. less healthy unrelated to running
@@Lizzy514 That's awesome! I would consider you the exception. I've tried so many times. I can find the will power to fast, but take my bread away? ugh. its a struggle.

Fasting for at least 16 hours will put you into ketosis. The Keto diet isn't sustainable.
I've been doing keto 0:05 since 2016. It saved my life.
