Agreed. That’s what we just did last month. Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs
@@allthingstwizted4924 I don’t think it’s too bad. For 4 of us it’s 4,500. And it’s good that the bill isn’t due upfront. But again what my perfect amount of days are won’t be the same for everyone else and I understand that
Hey AJ - I just want to say - YOU ARE AMAZING! My family and I went to Disney in 2019 and because of you and your tips and tricks, our vacation was absolutely the best it could have possibly been. All because of you! And when we were there, it was almost like you were there with us - guiding us to best rides, times, snacks - we dominated Disney thanks to you! Thank you for all you do to help people navigate Disney and Universal!! We are hoping to take our kiddos back in a year or two! Just wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!
This is so helpful bc I am planning a trip with a similar layout (just no Universal). I plan to come April 30 to May 6th so I can be there for Hollywood studios after hours and star wars day. My plan is Sat: Fly in at 10am and do whatever Mon: Epcot Tues: Animal Kingdom Wed: Free day with Disney springs, beignets, and Hollywood studios after hours Thurs: Hollywood studios (star wars day) Fri: Magic Kingdom Sat: Do whatever and fly out at 9pm
The Adventure Land spring rolls are really good! I agree with you about the early morning flights. It does make sense. Besides... we are early birds, too. Hopefully the Rockin' Roller Coaster is back up when we revisit this beautiful park? Looking forward to check out the new restaurant at Hollywood Studios. 💖💖
We never take an entire break day and it works fine for us. During a summer trip we do take a break back to the hotel mid day for the pool then back to the parks.
Disney hubby and I used to love our ñight trios. We have restructured our Disney vacations since joining DVC from 5 day trips every other year to 2-night stays twice a year. Zero regrets.
8 days for me on my upcoming one Day 1- Arrival and relax Day 2 -Hollywood Studios Day 3- Animal Kingdom Day 4- Break day Resort/Disney Springs Day 5- Magic Kingdom Day 6 -Epcot Day 7 Hollywood Studios Day -8 Magic Kingdom Day 9- return home We leave in 9 days !! 8 night stay at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort flying into Orlando-Sanford (SFB) on Saturday January 6th and returning home on Sunday January 14th originally planned to fly out on Monday the 8th,but we found a better earlier flight a couple days earlier so today I adjusted my countdown from 11 days to 9 days no universal just Disney
Thank you, AJ and team!!! This was fantastic…and as a relatively long time viewer, most of these points were “refreshers” for me…BUT…the video does give some “escape” back to the magic!!
We just got back from our trip. Amazingly awesome time. We got to do everything we wanted and then some. The only negative I could say is the hotel says check in is 3:00. I should be able to check in at 3. We couldn’t get in our room until 8 and it was beyond aggravating for me because we wanted to clean up before going to Disney springs. Just messed up my plans for the first day. Oh my goodness the dole whip at sunshine terrace is a must must do. Amazing
We did a 10 day for WDW and Universal studios. I agree that “rest” days are needed (ever y 2 days will be enough). Our mistake was to leave only 1 day for Universal, without universal express, so I did not get to ride Hagrid’s attraction (because of the time)!!!! Although I loved our trip, it will be difficult to repeat it because of the money…
FINALLY mention of the kiss good night! I was beginning to think it was a fever dream! The last time we were at MK in 2021, we asked several cast members (old and young) if the kiss good night still played. They all had no clue what we were talking about! 🫠
We do 8 to 9 days if we can. We also come in late but we don’t even head to Disney but stay at the airport. That way you can even travel on a work day and spend a lot less for a hotel than Disney. Get up early and head to your Disney hotel the next morning. Try to get an early evening flight back. Last time it gave us the opportunity to have a late character brunch at the Rivera!!!!
Monorail crawl recommendation from my most recent trip: swing by Trader Sam's to put your name on the waitlist BEFORE hitting up the Steakhouse 77 Lounge. With Sam's long wait times, you should have plenty of time for stop one of the crawl before your table is ready. Also, I know you shouted out the mac & cheese here, but I can't stop thinking about those PB&J wings! 🤤
We went for 10 days tried to do Epcot, studios, magic kingdom, universal studios, islands and HHN. Was way to much. Never trying to do a split trip again! Flying earliest I can get to Orlando is around 1. Then leaving late can leave at 1 but you have to get to the airport over an hour early to get through security! You'd be super exhausted doing a trip like this. This year I'm dividing up Disney going in May and then planning on doing hhn again.
i'm going to disney world and universal studios in september 8 days disney and 3 days universal for the very first time and by myself. Coming from the netherlands can not wait and will use your video's as preparation ;-)
Just came back from a 3 night 4 day trip over Presidents’ Day weekend. Was not nearly enough time. I just booked a 7 day trip for the summer. Hope to ride Cosmic Rewind as often as possible!
It will be very crowded just like for president week..so try to get in early or book some after hour tickets..it's extremely hot and extremely crowded during the summer and than you will always have the afternoon showers.
@@loracaro4427 This next trip I made sure to reserve Epcot for 2 days. One of those will also be Afterhours (assuming, I snag afterhours tickets when they go on sale). Hoping to ride it at least 2x for my summer trip and crossing my fingers for more!
PRO TIP..if possible fly out a day early and get a hotel near Disney Springs and spend the day there, next morning go right to your resort..it’s like having an extra day
Thanks for the tips. I personally won’t stay at a Disney hotel, but very helpful to know everything that’s in the area. I’m going to make an 18 day trip going to amusement parks in Georgia and then all of the Orlando and Tampa parks
I'd gladly settle for a smidgeon less than perfect! For morning flights (or even early afternoon!), spend the night before in a hotel/motel as near the airport as possible, to minimize potential problems. I often walk to the airport(!), or at worst take a shuttle bus.
Most of the time, I would usually try to meet the following 7 Characters besides Mickey in Epcot & the Magic Kingdom. Epcot 1: Anna 2: Elsa 3: Minnie 4: Aurora 5: Mulan 6: Jasmine 7: Alice Magic Kingdom 1: Rapunzel 2: Captain Jack Sparrow 3: Peter Pan 4: Tigger 5: Minnie 6: Merida 7: Cinderella
Just had our first ever trip to Disney World. 14 days was just right for us. Long distance travel each end and 5 year old. We did a day in park and day off to relax and do other things. We did MK, HS and AK twice, with 1 visit to Epcot. Also 2 days at the Blizzard Beach water park. Totalled 9 days in Disney and we still didnt get everything done!
The "Omne Man's Dream" show sounds wonderful. I love to learn more about the amazing Walter Disney. So happy that Fantasmic is finally back! HUGEA like, We would like to visit Universal Studios one day soon. Have a magical week, my friend!💖💖
Nothing better than getting off that plane and heading towards your hotel. And vice versa. Nothing worse than heading to the airport before flying home
Love these videos!!! Thank you AJ & DFB team! Question from someone flying overseas with kids: What would be the best way do we get to Universal Studios from a Disney World hotel? Car rental? Uber/Lyft?
When is Garden Grill going to get breakfast again? =( Lunch / Dinner at GG isn't terrible, but it's definitely not what I enjoy the most. Garden Grill's breakfast was the best!
Stroller fans! Snacks. Very comfortable stroller. Stay on property go early and leave mid day to have a break/nap. Go back later refreshed and with cooler weather. We’ve been taking our daughter since 8mo. There are actually a lot of rides she could do at magic K.
My perfect Disney World trip is always in December, where I go to one park for one day, then I attend the anime convention Holiday Matsuri at the Marriott World Center for the weekend, then I go back to the parks for a few days. 😁
Just got back from Disney World Mardi Gras week! Crazy crowded! We were able to master the Genie Plus system and stood in lines average of 10 minutes! Fabulous! The food was less than fabulous! Our wookie cookie was stale and we were told that happens sometimes! The caramel butter bar was also subpar! Very disappointed! The caramel popcorn, however, was amazing and the spring rolls great! Took other food suggestions you made and was less than impressed. Overall trip was great! May just eat off property next trip!
Coming from Ca so I doubt I can do much on day 1, the flight is almost 6 hours and DW is 3 hours ahead. Not interested in Animal kingdom, Universal, or DS. Would rather spend 2 days in Epcot 1 or 2 in MK
Appreciate the hard work and great videos. Disappointed you named this video Disney World vacation when in reality it’s a central Florida vacation. Day 7 is usually a flight day so you cut the day short.
This video forgot an important detail...day 7 is the day you leave! A 7 day trip with EPCOT on day 7 would mean leaving EPCOT early to catch a flight. No fireworks, limited time for Guardians, less time exploring the festival...I'm skipping Universal before I cut my EPCOT time!
Take a look at tim tracker he has a young child and a baby on the way and they went to the parks when there current child was a baby they explain the different areas for feeding and the baby care centers as well I would recommend going when the children are older and when the temperatures are cooler..it depends on what you want for the trip with your children.
So early morning flights means flying at night to come from west coast...not realistic. Question.....fir this 7 day trip, what hotel did you stay at and how much was the total trip? It helps so we can budget
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS?!! I literally gasped when I heard you say that. I think I must have looked out my window to see if I would see a pig 🐖 flying. So happy to see this information. Thank you for branching out. You gave us a 2 in 1 video. Awesome! 🤩

I’ve taken a Lyft and a town-car as a solo traveler and pretty pricey. The town car is a suburban and could fit a larger group. Seems anyway I do it it’s about $60. Not too bad if multiple, but $$$ for one. You can get Lyft or Uber apps and play around on similar date/time, without booking, to sample costs. At least that could give you an idea. There are bus routes too, but as a solo, I haven’t done that, but either allears or mammoth RUclips did a video on it a few months ago. Just an fyi
Omg how could you miss out on Hard Rock Cafe in city walk? When me and my family have been from England we’ve always eaten at Hard Rock it’s easily the best place to eat out of all the places in the parks hand down! Love the videos but I had to make sure that Hard Rock gets its props. 💯😎
100% disagree this will ruin zoos for you. I am actually really disappointed with the zoo portion of this park. The tiger exhibit especially. It looks so dumpy and depressing. The safari though is amazing and I will park hop to AK just to do it.

Much love from 🇬🇧
Disney Magic has all gone so u can say thank you to Disney for that

My perfect vacation is not standing up before 7 to get online to skip inline...
What is your perfect trip to Disney look like?
I hate universal it is not clean it is smelly I got on a Harry Potter ride and it took 2 hours to get on and it broke down
Make sure you also pack about fifty thousand dollars because Disney is going to bleed you dry for everything you're worth
