- On Day 3 we docked in Hamburg, Germany. It was also Halloween and MSC Preziosa was decorated for the festivities. We explored Hamburg independently on foot and visited the Rauthaus, St Michaels Church and Crypt and the Elbe Tunnel. HMS Somerset also made a surprise visit to Hamburg and we got to witness this historic event. During the evening we dined in the main dinning room and were treated to a halloween themed experience. During the evening the entertainment team hosted a number of Halloween spectaculars.

MSC Preziosa is a Fantasia-class cruise ship owned and operated by MSC Cruises. She entered service in March 2013. The ship has a variety of entertainment menus, bars and restaurants situated over 18 decks. We took a cruise on MSC Preziosa in October 2022 out of Ocean Terminal in Southampton. This was our second MSC cruise. During the cruise we visited ports in Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and France over 7 nights.

We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021. We are relatively new to cruising, however we can now say we are officially hooked.
Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels. We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.
We have created a list of our cruise essentials. These are items we take with us when we travel and we hope they may be useful to you. We have also added a Wine list which contains some of the wines we have tried whilst cruising.

Another great video, love you guys, off on Anthem on Friday but really looking to being on MSC in YC later in October, we're Pinnacle on Royal but really like the MSC ships, Royal have become very expensive with a diluted experience,

I told my grandpa I was going to Hamburg and he said he went there many times in the early 40’s but he never landed.

Did you feel a little anxious in Hamburg as German is not your native tongue?
You never know what surprises MSC will deliver during their theatre performances! 😂 Most definitely safe 😂 No not at all, most people we spoke to were fluent in English!
@@TomandDomTravel I won't be surprised if their next performance is a Shakespeare Tribute interspersed with 'break-dancers'. I think the kids call this "Freestyle Entertainment'.
