Another amazing vlog Jamie, was a great watch & very funny from start to finish! I had to rewind when you went to the Hamburg fish & chip shop that was hilarious & the red cocktail comment had me in tears of laughter! Would you recommend this cruise for a first time cruiser? I would prefer a no fly cruise. Some of the MSC cruises, maybe Virtuosa, look very busy. I do quite like the look of Fred Olsen, maybe a bit more relaxed but more expensive. There are some great deals on MSC. Which are very tempting. Keep up the good work. I did that same itinerary back in March on board Euribia. Hoping to go again next year in December to see all the Xmas markets. In Hamburg, we actually walked to the city centre.. it took us around 30-40 min ( very good cardio) and the best thing about the walk is that you get to go underground to cross the river Elbe. The old Elbe tunnel is absolutely spectacular and I absolutely loved the old fashioned lifts .. best thing it’s all free for pedestrians. I’d highly recommend ❤ 🇩🇪 ❤

Yes you can book things on the app (I showed screen shots of some of it in my vlogs). Bars open at different times depending on the bar and whether in port / at sea. Theres always a bar open in the morning
On VV the pool was toasty, on Princess 2 pools were heated beautifully from day 2, FO are always toasty… depends on the crew and the level of cut backs they are happy to make I think!

So the thermal area is not the greatest, not equal to or better than the Virtuosa, reminds me of the Splendida. All are mighty fine ships giving a great holiday cruise experience. Reading the comments, that price is excellent, I would love to cruise the Adriatic sea to Croatia, wish one of the newer ships would be there.
😂 when we started watching your video we thought it might have been the week after we disembarked, until we seen the date on your ticket in Hamburg which read 13/10/24… 😆 from then onwards we realised it was our cruise and were looking to see if we could spot ourselves lol. I’ll now probably go back to the start again and look again now I know! It was a good cruise. We also waited a while on our shuttle bus in Hamburg like you did, but we didn’t spot ourselves in the bus queue lol
Only 500 £ a person for a week cruise ? Going to look into it. Or is that an other of those Diamonds benefits ? As for what you make of an the whole experience it often is up to how you deal with it I think . Like how you tell us about the 45min wait for the shuttle and then show us the beautiful rainbow 🤗

Yes I would, but not during g school holidays. I’m more a fan of Fred Olsen having said that.
I just did a very similar itinerary with P&O!! Brugge was my favourite spot, such a beautiful city!
