Also amount of employees they had at the time. Later in the video it's said they had 500 employees right before release. If the game only cost 6 million to make ever employee would only be being paid 12000 a year

I know this is slightly off topic but your 'replace wood on the boat'.
People were discussing 'uploading your consciousness'. But if you upload your consciousness, it would seemingly be like copying a file. It's not the same file. It's a 1:1 replica, the file thinks its the original file, observers see it as the original file.
But that original file we're comparing to human consciousness is hypothetically dead, maybe it was deleted, maybe it wasn't, it's not the same file. Nobody knows it's dead, but the 'consciousness' died with the original.
But someone brought up an interest point, what if you could replace sections of your brain with some sort of electronic replacement? You seem to still retain your consciousness, but what happens when the last piece is placed. Are YOU conscious, or is it just a machine with a copy of your brain, you cease to be and a copy of you exists.

I’m a lifelong mmorpg and rpg player strictly. Always hated shooters. Overwatch changed that. Truly was one of my favorite games of all time. I miss it dearly.
To be fair, I also had alot of fun on the D3 Release. A Bot API was already finished hours before the actual Release. I wrote public Scripts for weeks and then someone detected a XP Exploit and I wrote a Script to abuse it. It leveled 4 Characters to Level 60 in under 24 hours. Was fun, was fun, ngl. Good times.
When Blizzard stopped being Blizzard I can't tell, but WoW stopped being WoW with the Token.

Somebody correct me here on this if I'm wrong but working with what you're saying here just because something gets replaced does not mean that the original body of work becomes different or new. Even if you replace every board on that boat it's still the same boat that it was not a new boat.
I think some some cells are every 2 weeks, but for a total renewal I think the cycle is 10 years. Neurons aren't renewed very often I think.

For every authentic artist out there there is 10 compromised platforms siphoning your attention towards their ideological framework. The banality of it is very evident. People just consume enough content until they're effectively conditioned. You are literally propositioned by this apparatus every single day of your life on a psychic level...consider that. It's always attempting to get into your conscious/subconscious mind through presented ideas within culture. Don't fool yourself. This apparatus is so much more of your reality than you realize.

Hardcore is not worth talking about in this video. Its literally a minor match to add a perma death feature and SoD although good in the WoW space, is terrible when you compare it to the likes of OSRS leagues. SoD is very, very lazy.
