Today we are eating our way through the Salcedo Weekend Market in Manila, Philippines. We found a lot of delicious food, both international and local street food.
It's reasonably priced. It's called dirty ice cream because it's usually found in the streets but the proper term for it is sorbetes from the word sorbet. I refused to call it dirty ice cream because it's not dirty at all. The Filipino ice cream is different because we used coconut milk instead of the usual milk and there are fruit or cheese bits.
Europeans are natural cheese eaters, they have almost all kinds and types of cheese. Our white cheese is comparable to "queso blanco" of Spain, most likely the variant cousin due to Spanish influence. Queso Blanco is not a very famous cheese-bland like our "kesong puti". Europeans tend to eat cheese as a meal, with a wine.
Makati Yan and they are paying rent. Makagold ka naman? It's less than a dollar so it's still cheap. Ano kapag Filipino dishes/delicacies dapat mura? Kawawa sayo pero kapag foreign food kahit na mukhang cheap ok lang mahal

White cheese is usually from carabao’s milk. Always made fresh and eaten with bread or better pandesal.

Yes, cheese is life in Europe! But this cheese was definitely meant to be eaten with some sort of bread (or wine!)
