First Time Seeing the Blue Water of the Philippines 🇵🇭

- After popular demand, we finally decided to check out one of the Philippines' most famous islands: Boracay!! We also got to see the famous BLUE WATER rolling on top of the sand as white as snow.
Everyone following us for a while knows that we've been staying in Manila for the past couple of months and, before that, in India. The worst part: Only once during this period have we been to the beach, which was back in GOA, India.

Amazing how picturesque boracay is. It’s like a 3D 4D place the colours of the sky the lights and the water. Amazing! Been awhile since I’ve been back in Boracay… think it’s time to visit it again heheh

That green algae on the waters is a seasonal thing btw. Though i think it's most abundant during summer. It is not caused by pollution but is a natural phenomenon on that side of the island. I went to Boracay back when it wasn't that developed yet and that algae was already there. I read a comment before by someone who grew up there saying that when that algae washes up on the shore and dries up, it disintegrates into white powder. Perhaps that is why the sand there is so powdery. Coz if you go to another part of the island where there's none of that algae, the sand is the usual grainy beach sand.
Interesting! So that's the secret to the smooth sand 😆 It just make the experience more authentic

Money matters in the Philippines in order to have full and complete vacation if you are coming from different country like US, UK, or everywhere outside. To taste and to enjoy everything is a good fun visits. Come again!! It’s more fun in the Philippines. Be safe don’t be lost and stay happy.

the icing on top is that philippine beaches have warm water, unlike other countries like hawaii where the beach water is cold

After enjoying the beautiful Boracay, surely you are going to enjoy so much more exciting adventures, more memorable and unforgettable moments, and certainly more amazing experiences when you come to El Nido and Coron in Palawan Province, Bohol and Camiguin Provinces, and the surfing and island hopping experiences in Siargao Islands. You have barely touched the 'tip of the iceberg so to speak. Next time around, do make time to really explore and savor the uniqueness of these Paradise Islands, and so much more!

drone is prohibited in boracay unless they will be using it for commercial project and they need to acquire permit in the municipality which it is quite pricey

if you are near the grotto you cant mind many restaurant there, there;s many seafood restaurant near d'mall. to your left if facing the sea

in Boracay there is a market of all the fresh fish, shrimp, lobsters, crabs as well as shell fish.
You pick up what you want then ask them to cook for you. I don't know where the market is located in the beach of Boracay but you can ask for the fish market. There is a minimal charge on cooking.
This is the best way of eating seafoods in the Philippines.
My advice is get a fresh RED LAPU-LAPU AND ASK THEM TO COOK DEEP FRY WITH GARLIC AND GREEN ONION. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

Wait till you see PALAWAN you will probably don't want to leave the island province. Boracay is a premium world class beach of course but it's just too commercialized meaning there's so much people and tourists around. The other islands like Siargao, Camiguin, Guimaras, Siquior, Palawan, Batanes to name a few are more like MAGICAL CAPTIVATING ENCHANTING sceneries.

unfortunately, q2-q3 are a not a good months for boracay. rainy seasons & too much sea weeds. between q4 & q1 is the best period. still, enjoy!
