I"m loving the part where Joe Elliot gets melodic towards the end when he's singing, "OH, really gettin' it" - then he goes higher and higher. That is some of the most transcendent singing I've ever heard. I keep listening to that part over and over again. Never gets old.
Joe Elliott's voice was so Beautiful back in the day. Although I didn't experience this Golden Era, I'm still lucky because my parents raised me from their Musics ❤️.
Back when auto tune didn’t carry artists, they actually had pure talent. Joes voice is flawless. One handed drummer is a bada$$ and the bass and guitar is outstanding. Such legends.
Steve Clark, such a legendary guitarist who played from his soul. They have never been the same without him. I will always grieve for him and the talent that was lost. Love you Steve.
Who remembers? August 1987. As for me I was up Hampton Beach New Hampshire. Up there for the last 3 weeks August . Hysteria just dropped the beginning of the month .. 18 year old me IROC z by the way almost all of us could afford to have cars like that back then. Girls everywhere songs blaring out of everyone's radio out of their car out of the cottages. Then again the following summer in 88 same thing all Def Leppard. Huge huge huge. In the women maybe it's just me but it seems all the hot chicks loved Def Leppard. I'm just grateful I've been able to keep myself in shape and myself full of fire like I was back then I'm grateful for that when I hear these tunes it brings me right back
the fact that joe can hit those notes and keeps getting higher is crazy considering most bands tune down so that the singer can have an easier time with singing
They didn’t start tuning down for him until 1999 if I’m not mistaken. After that it went down hill from there, but he’s been able to pick it back up since about 2014. I seen them twice, once in 2011 with Heart and in 2014 with Kiss. Sounded really good with Kiss.
@@DamianoChristian that make me respect him but still not better... look at the rolling stones magazine top 500 drummer it have been remastered a several time but the last time i saw bonham is still have the higher rank than rick😁
I know remember when the album came out it had been what three years almost four and actually you know I'm sorry for almost five years it was f****** huge
They should sings songs like this on The Voice and other singing shows like that. Then they can be put up to the test in singing, instead of singing the same old songs.
@@diabetes1226 I don't think Vivian is a bad guitarist at all and he's a fantastic guy from what I can see I don't mean disrespecting him. But Steve added that bit of crazy but I think fueled the energy
@@leightondickson7815 and again it's nothing bad about Vivian Campbell I think he's a great guitarist and he's a fantastic person. But that degree of craziness that Steve had affected all the guys in a positive way it feels some of their energy you can see after adrenaline and they were still pretty pumped up with that cuz obviously they wanted to do the right thing by Steve you can see a mock decline in the energetic of the albums it was a change for example if you take let's get rocked which came out in 92 I believe on adrenalize. Had that same great sound it could have been written in 1983 and then you take Promises I believe that's from 98 .(I'm not even going to mention slang) but promises though a decent song just lack the edge in many ways it sounded like Def Leppard but it just wasn't the fire had turned down a bit
i just subbed you because it looks like you got 99 subscribers.. so hopefully i made number 100!! only 900 more and you can earn revenue from advertising lol.. i think i have 64 or something.. pretty good quality sound given the audience recording techniques of 1988 lol.... and i noticed the lead and rhythm guitars shredded better than the studio cut here.. Steve and Phil nailed it!! The Terror Twins will go down in heavy metal history!! 🙏 RIP Steve 😢❤❤❤

I feel the same way, the last minute or so of this song starting from 4:20 is legit my favorite part of any song, ever.
YES!!!
Goose bumps at the end totally.
Same
Spot on
Joe Elliott's voice was so Beautiful back in the day. Although I didn't experience this Golden Era, I'm still lucky because my parents raised me from their Musics ❤️.
It was amazing I'm sure it upsets Joe as well he can't hit the notes like he used to and he puts his effort in though
Back when auto tune didn’t carry artists, they actually had pure talent. Joes voice is flawless. One handed drummer is a bada$$ and the bass and guitar is outstanding. Such legends.
I'll tell you what this song misses today - that part when Elliot says "C'mon Steve" and he plays guitar solo.
+Roberts Ozols ...I hear man.....Miss Steve.
+Roberts Ozols Jā,žēl.ka Stīvs sevi tā iznīcināja.
Yeah, C'mon boys just isn't the same!
Oh God, yes... I always hear it when I listening this live, even in 2017.
that solo melts my computer screen
This is my coming to age SHIT!! The youth today crap will NEVER know the power of this shit!! R.I.P. Steve Clark👍
Steve + Firebird = AWESOME.
Steve Clark, such a legendary guitarist who played from his soul. They have never been the same without him. I will always grieve for him and the talent that was lost. Love you Steve.

Love the sound of those raging and loud guitars.

Timeless iconic music . Love Def Leppard ❤️ this is music !!!!!
I never knew this solo was Steve's! What an awesome solo!
Great song! And great live version! Love the extended solo at the end
The tour where Def Leppard simultaneously make music videos for Hysteria album. "Armageddon It" is one of those.
DEF LEPPARD PER SEMPRE!
My favorite. I DO jangle my jewels while I'm shaking 'em to this one.😉🤟🇬🇧💗
This is the exact concert in which the music video was cut from!! Amazing footage

StuffYoB!tch im hopefully still seeing them in september but i’m not super optimistic
He hires someone to help out now. He didn't hit the high notes on Promises. Voice can hit high anymore.
Together with Deep Purple's Made In Japan, this is probably the best concert ever
Made in Japan is an ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE!
R.I.P Steve Clark
incredible band
Rick Allen=Greatest Drummer EVER
Actually john bonham is better but rick was very very great
@@rafafadhli608 but did John Bonham lose an arm and have to totally relearn and change his approach to playing drums?? I don’t think so... 😉

Another plausibly live album..but a shit ton of fun. Glad i lived when this was huge...rock on.

Wish the sound was better; otherwise sounds like a kick-ass performance.
Fu*kin lovin' it. Who said staying in is boring?
All I can say from a female perspective, I wish I was Steve's guitar!
Now that’s a crowd reaction
In the official video at the end they looked like good boys I doubt it haha they were pretty fine I thought a lot of groupies were around them 🤨
There is another video of this concert, just different camera shots
This shit was fucking lit. Fucking firebird 🔥
Wtf drummer missing an arm?
Donald's 2nd Account he lost it in a car accident
He is the thunder god

Under a Corvette
Somewhere alongside an English countryside road
Atlrich the doctors actually reattached it but had to re-amputate due to severe infection. But yeah..
And they said if he didnt clear the infection there was a possibility that he will lose his right arm but he still has it SO ROCK ON
steve makes it sound better than viv
Dude Steve was there when they made the band and music but died so Vivian just a guy to replace him. He played for whitesnake he got it too
Definitely he does it better than viv
