Joe's voice sounds incredible here . His tone and transitions into falsetto are on point . The entire band as a matter fact sounds as good as they did 35 years ago . Just more experienced and refined now .
I agree with you! Just saw them on the stadium tour 2022. July 2022 to be exact. Joe and the rest sounded awesome and played a few from new album “Diamond Star Halos.” Those songs were just as good as any of them!

Some young people may also be physically weak...but generally younger people have more stamina and energy then older people - that's also quite obvious. I've seen Leppard a few times in the nillies and really, Joe's voice was gone, really poor. I've seen him 2 years ago and the sound was all of a sudden amazing ...

Phil Collen is very health conscious! And he plays 13 gauge strings on those guitars - super heavy for electric. Its tantamount to benching serious weight, but with your fingers.
@David Lytch okay full disclosure this is a better performance as of this year than I've seen in the last few years. Do they walk the way they did back in the day most certainly people say cuz it's older. As Brian Johnson in Angus say hold my beer and put out a brand new album that's blistering. I think Joe looks horribly unhealthy I worry for him he needs to get to a gym that's why he has no energy. I know his voice isn't so good but part of that is cuz he's unhealthy. However I've Loved Def Leppard since I was a little boy. Hearing photograph and getting hooked on the rest. Breaks my heart to see these guys not putting their heart into it. Same s*** for bon Jovi they put play a half-ass show. Then let's talk about motley Crue. Yes we all know Vince can't sing like he used to but then again I've heard him on a few songs in the recording studio and it's not so bad. But the instrumentation and they still rock out these guys are a little bit detuned. If you going to get on the stage into a forget about how old you are. And finally let's talk about Lou gram. The original jukebox hero fire in his eyes. he doesn't sound so great but he still has fire in his eyes and he puts on a great performance as best as he can. I was being a bit sarcastic but at the same time being complimentary. I want to see Joe and shape run on the stage and scream one lump or two not cuz I have a big crush on Joe like so many of the women still but he's the leader he sets the tone

There's something sad about having to search for these very old songs to actually enjoy music these days. Def Leppard always puts me in a good mood. They are incredibly talented and there's something about their songs that makes me feel empowered and energized. I've seen them live and they are still so amazing! If you listen to today's songs then songs like this, you can definitely hear and feel the difference in quality: no gimmicks, profanity or scandals, just pure talent.

I remember as a 15 year old, sitting in Grade 10 Math Class in 1983 listening to "Photograph" over and over on my Sony Walkman. It's now 2021, I am 53 years old and I am watching this video on repeat wondering where the hell 38 years went????
It's funny because....oh maybe 10 years back, his voice sounded quite rough....really rough in several performances - but perhaps because this band never stopped working....and doesn't fake anything....I figured after decades of rock his voice was sadly going....but then it seemed to recover, and he himself said some of his 2019 performances were his best singing - at least in a long time!

Vivian is incredible but I don't hear the magic that Steve Clark played with this song but this doesn't change my love for Def Leppard I'm just an 80s baby that's all I grew up on Pete Willis, Steve Clark, Joe Elliot, Rick Savage and Rick Allen as Def Leppard but Def Leppard is Def Leppard. Rock on boys. Vivian was hardcore in Rainbow in the Dark by Dio with that nerd goes to chase the girl and Vivian shows up on the steps and makes the nerd run away. Vivian is awesome.

If I was forced to pick an absolute favorite Def Leppard song, it would have to be Animal. They still sound great even after all these years. One of my favorite parts of the song is when they clap after saying "I've got to feel it in my blood" and "I need your touch, don't need your love." Props to them for doing this tour in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic, also.

They are still kicking ass. I saw them in the 80s then took my son to see them when he was 10. I remember seeing my first concert and how i felt. when i saw my sons face it took back and i got chocked up. thanks guys for all the great music and memories

If I was forced to pick an absolute favorite Def Leppard song, it would have to be Animal. They still sound great even after all these years. One of my favorite parts of the song is when they clap after saying "I've got to feel it in my blood" and "I need your touch, don't need your love." Props to them for doing this tour in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic, also.
