exactly what i was about to say, the no tell motel is the motel we go after the heist, and the fire exit is the exit we use to get into the motel after jackies death.
I dont think it was a case of could of been more story content with Dexter, but rather there was supposed to be more choices. Remember in the original trailer, Bug was in the room instead of his hired muscle and V had to fight both her and Dexter. In the actual Game we fought with the Bodyguard and Dexter, Bug got killed in the heist. There was possibly supposed to be another path, instead of returning to Dexter, we should of been able to return to Evelyn and bypass him. In that case perhaps we lost Jackie and got Silverhand inside him as a replacement if he never removed the chip from his neck. Then we find ourselves in a war against Dexter. They obviously cut down on the storyline because they ran out of time.
I suspect the marketing team knew how lackluster the main storyline was and just altered the scene to make it more epic for the trailer. The events of the trailer were way cooler than what we got in the game.
@@erc1971erc1971 I wouldn't be surprised, but the fact that the storyline hints of betraying Dexter who V knows is unreliable and untrustworthy. They wrote the story as if going back to Evelyn was a very real possibility and was a branching storyline. There was a number of storylines in the game that were just too linear despite how delicately they were written as if there was other intended paths. So either they cut the vast bulk of storyline content, or they are very shallow minded and were just too lazy to make a decent enough attempt of the storyline.
May I suggest a similar visit to the Heavy Hearts Club? Mr Hands 'office'. Or even better yet. The Pistis Sophia hotel at which Silverhand bring V to after a heavy stroke. Or maybe even this deserted apartment unit right across pacifica's arms dealer parking lot.
I also recently no-clipped through the motel, and I’m surprised you didn’t mention the moaning noises you immediately hear when you clip out of the hallways! You hear the audio normally when you’re walking the streets around the hotel
I NEED to find those walls on the first couple of inaccessible levels in Wolvenkit to make them into AMM props. I can’t recall seeing them anywhere else in game.
Watching this brings back memories of playing Bioshock for the first time back when it first came out on PS3, particularly the welcome to Rapture level (the first in the city proper). There's so many areas that are just out of reach that make you wonder what's around the corner, especially the elevator room which floods as you take the elevator up. As confined as the levels are, the developers managed to convey that sense that you're only seeing a small part of what's actually there.
The no-tell hotel scene does play out quite differently in game compared to the cinematic trailer where bug is in the room as well and the whole scene is.more tense. they also spoiled Jackies death in it. A lot of fans thought, oh shit, maybe Jackie dies if we mess something up, or there was another outcome where he lives, but no that's on rails like the rest of the game.
2:33 Interestingly, I found one of these panels somewhere else in the game a few days ago during the "The Hunt" job. There's one hidden out of bounds under the house at Edgewood Farm. For some reason, it can actually be interacted with if you no-clip to it, and if you know where to look/ping it, you can actually (de)activate it remotely. Beware though, as it seems to activate/deactivate the farm's defenses (mines and turrets). I have no clue if that's cut content or something they put there (and forgot about) for debugging purposes, but it's using the same model. Maybe a very early design for panels/buttons?
I am a bit surprised they didn't copy paste a lot of the rooms to fill in the hotel rooms that you don't visit. They do it plenty of other places, so I think it could have been an interesting twist for players who break bounds to discover just spooky unused rooms.
You should have explored the backyard more, because there’s a ladder up the balcony’s and some locked doors. I’m very sure there were some alternate ways planned to escape Dexter
I wonder if a future mod will just make things or walls transparent? People are really good at unconsciously spotting inconsistencies. Could be easter eggs and credits the designers may have left behind.
Back fire door is there cause of the cutscene, even though that scene in final version of the game doesn't use it, just implies that that's how we get in. Might have been that at some point the cutscene was different. Same as for people discussing different options with Dex - one of the early gameplay trailers showed V, Dex, Dex's guard and T-bug in that room, as well as V fighting back Dex's minion, winning and then having to face T-bug. What a shame and lost Del dont stop în front of building No-Motell and not where is now, secondly what a shame and lost V is not able to carry a gun or to use his monowire and kill Dex and his lapdog inside that room în No-Motell like in that traillers, is not fair seriously.
Oh still use the dumb statistic bs to beg for subs, if people think your stuff is worth subbing for they will. Personally the begging tends to turn me away instead.
the fire exit is used after Jackie dies and Del drives up to the rear entrance. My guess is that they tried to recreate the trailer footage.
whoops I truly don't remember that
exactly what i was about to say, the no tell motel is the motel we go after the heist, and the fire exit is the exit we use to get into the motel after jackies death.
What happens in No Tell motel stays in No Tell motel

Yes bc I really feel like the doors in the hallway to mr hands office and the floor you can’t visit in the heavy hearts is cut content
That fire escape is the entrance players are forced to use due to plot developments in the first arc of the game.
I also recently no-clipped through the motel, and I’m surprised you didn’t mention the moaning noises you immediately hear when you clip out of the hallways! You hear the audio normally when you’re walking the streets around the hotel
"it's probably the Autism coming out" hahahahha this made my week

A flashlight in Cyberpunk? Ohh God, I cried for a last 10 minutes when I saw it.
That's such a good view there's no way they didn't plan on that , I bet there was originally gonna be a player home on that floor
Once the official 2077 mod tools are out (the one's that give you almost the full dev tools CDPR used), someone needs to complete the no tell motel.
Love the Cyberpunk content, you've got my subscription!

Ooooo this is great thank you. your commentary is *chefs kiss*
That back door "fire escape" is the first time you go into the hotel after the heist mission
Quiver with anticipation...
Oh are we getting some Archery next !

That is actually freaking awesome I just wish they added all of that stuff to just explore
Lol there's more to Cyberpunk than what meets the eye 🤣

I didn't see the room where you meet Lizzy Wizzy for the questline that starts with the mission "Violence".
You should have explored the backyard more, because there’s a ladder up the balcony’s and some locked doors. I’m very sure there were some alternate ways planned to escape Dexter
I believe you meet Lizzy Wizzy first time in the same room where Dexter was before
Nope, Lizzys doesn't have a door leading to a bathroom. I was just there yesterday.
Also, Dex's Room is 2-04, Lizzys is 2-10
+4:44 "Hi Alma long time no see!"
I do enjoy this kind of content
I wonder if a future mod will just make things or walls transparent?

Ahs Hotel design could really fit the No-Tell Motel
You should do the public high school or the other rooms in the Japantown apartment building
The american horror story is actually called hotel and it was very good
Praise you my lord for this film!
dude, these are such cool a videos
Lady Ga-gar lol 5:00

V uses it after Jackie's death.
I think CD Projekt doesn't understand the purpose of garage doors, NC is full of examples like that.
Sorry to say it but Nope there wasn't a big Do this and the Game changes Moment Dex was always suppose to do what he did.
Autism coming out haha! Man me too, I haven’t played a game with elevators in it until cyberpunk.. I get the same lift-tism myself every time. Haha

i made a mod that unlocks the areas back in the day
"This place... Um. Well we don't have to talk about this?" WHY NOT?? HMMMM???? (x) (x)
i just love cyberpunk (^0^)/
