I stayed here in Aspira last march and April 2024, I didn’t know how notorious this street was but I tell you this is the place to be, close to everything and a blast! And the rooms at Aspira are great and quite! Wood bar….. fantastic, get your rocks off for $20 and lots of talent there . The green room, some of the best tunes in Bangkok…. And yeah it’s a party 23.5 hours a day and close to sky train, Nana plaza and Soi cowboy

Green Room on 7/1 is a great live music venue. Featured acts are Soi Dog Blues Band on Friday night and Papa Benz Blues Machine on Saturday night. Papa Benz is an incredible electric guitar player.
Great video joe. I made the same mistake this week on the train from bangkok to hua hin. I had suitcase, bookbag, and laptop case. Silly me. I know now i need to use bolt or grab.
I'll never forget my first visit to the Soi 7 Beer garden in 2018. I walked in and seemed like 50 girls were smiling at me kind of awkard but I got thru it.
the eager expat how are you sir my name is AL im from LAS VEGAS i have been to thailand a couple of times for a month at a time and i love bangkok . i will be back in thailand from the middle of april to the middle of may and will be seting up my retirement in pattaya and on my return to united states i will be back in bangkok and if i have the time would like to go to your friends bar i think it's on soi 41 stella's i think it would be fun to spend some money and check out the area , what im asking is that the location thank you for your time
You’re right about the medicinal. It will help the government save face that they did something but it will be easy to get a doctors note as it was in San Francisco in the late 90’s, where it all started.
@@EagerExpat In Chiang Mai, there’s a dispensary, actually they deliver to to you as well, on their website is a picture of a a doctor with a stethoscope. I love it!

The train, bus, etc.. are fine options. But, sometimes, a Grab ride is the way to go

It's in the alley between Soi 41 and Soi 43. Stella's Secret Bar. Stella is around most evenings past 9pm. If I'm in town, I'll meet you

Well see what happens. The street vendors have been pushed out little by little. The large stores are owned by the big boys
