Later Natalia wakes up from her slumber and Alex's mind is trying to take over Natalia's. You can see this happen in Natalia's DLC and you can see Mind Alex at one point in Barry's Campaign. Monster Alex believes herself to be the real Alex and is why she wants to kill Natalia and calls her false throughout Barry's campaign.
