    Verelief Prime Gen3 is now in production! Preorder batch 1 and save $100 for a limited time: hoolest.com/HRVHACKERS
    If Hoolest Verelief doesn't yet ship to your country, check out Pulsetto: ruclips.net/video/NZXiReL3sGE/видео.html
    Since Pulsetto is the only device that even comes close to Hoolest Verelief Prime.
    Feel free to ask in a separate comment if you have questions about the device

      Seems like the verelief is better than the pulsetto judging from your experience? Certainly seems that way when I compare the info on their websites. I asked someone I know in Canada to receive and ship it to me! Would be nice though if they just started shipping worldwide.

      I hate that they didn't sell the 2nd version anymore. From the moment of ordering, it will take an estimated 2 months to get here. Meanwhile I've had extreme sleep problems for 6 weeks combined with extreme ME/CFS, chronic hidden hyperventilation etc. Trying to survive here and getting addicted to benzo's I think and I surely can't handle potential withdrawal effects.

Only thing that can stop it in it's tracks is a cold shower. I also tried the ear clips again and I did get electricrical sensation on tragus part of ear but didn't really feel the nerve being stimulated and was too uncomfortable and made my anxiety worse cause of that. Anyways going to be using cold water more often + and also gonna order the Pulsetto device. I know your not posting videos recently :( but im wondering how you or anyone else found the life of the gel tips. verelief rexently changed their offerings so tips outside the US are very expensive and there are no more bundles to get a years supply. They push to sign up to a monthly gel tip subscripton thst shipping alone is around $50 USD outside the US.
    They have the tip hydration soluton but i have not seen anyone report how well that works.
    The Verelief Prime looks far superior to the Pulsetto but at almost 50% with shipping more expensive plus ongoing costs, it is hard to know the right decision
    Mini isnt even on the site now.

      They both stimulate the vagus nerve really well. You will have to decide which one to try based on their unique features which I highlight in the videos 👌

      You can select from a number of preset settings on the prime. The Mini settings are already optimized to the best frequency for HRV increases

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  Год назад +1

      They both raise HRV well. Verelief Usually raises it a little more for me. For you it may be that pulsetto will raise it more due to everyone's physiology being different.

    • @angelicannihilator
      @angelicannihilator Год назад +3

      The association is probably not strong enough to warrant dismissing nerve stimulation altogether. I can't find the study you're referencing or even any other information about the connection to ALS.

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  Год назад +2

      Yeah there are millions of people stimulating their vagus nerve as we speak. This is literally the first time I've heard of this. Everyone should do their own research though since I don't provide medical advice.
