I tried 4 of his recipes so far. They taste really good! This guy is a chef who tells secrets!
I love Moo Goo Gai Pan. I just had it at my favorite little Chinese Restaurant in Greenwood Indiana called Egg Roll Number #1.
42 years ago, I ate my first Chinese meal. It was Moo Goo Gai Pan. It started my love affair with Chinese cuisine. I've been cooking this for a long time and thought I had it mastered, but I learned a few things from this video. Thanks you!
I tried this recipe; I must say I love the boiling part better! It taste just like an Authentic Asian restaurant except it's healthier 😋 thank you for the most accurate recipe you shared with all of us 🇺🇸
You are a great cook, for the first time I loved somebody cooking Chinese dishes and showing 2 method's one time. This is the real art of cooking. 10 out of 10.
hahaha... "and wok it out" made me giggle. I'm addicted to watching all my favorite foods being made.
Your video on how to prepare this dish is EXCELLENT!
Very simple, very well explained and both versions look delicious.
Thank you very much. You deserve 5 stars out of 5
This is one serving, right? Did you make it for more people?

I love the look of both of these recipes. The stir fried version because I am sure it is packed with flavor. The second version looks so bright and like it would have a much more delicate taste. Beautiful!
The best Chinese cuisine professional on the web. Love the recipes and explanations. Heads above everything else. More recipes please!!
As always, your attention to detail and exactness inspire us all to be better cooks. Thanks so much for posting your videos. Your fans appreciate you!
I wish I can cook like you..with swift knifemanship, killer wokmanship, accurate measurements to the decimals and seconds, and beautiful dishes to behold for the eyes.
Finally! Someone showing me exactly how Chinese restaurants slice chicken breast. Many thanks!
I went and bought all the ingredients for this yesterday and will make this for dinner tonight! Yum!
I've never seen a boiled stir fry before; it looks so clean and fresh. Will try it tonight.
Thanx.
Robin.
Raymond, you are AWESOME!!!!! The recipe is AWESOME!!! I learn something new every time I come here to view one of your new videos... Keep up the GREAT work, believe me, it's appreciated by many, many people!!
I made the lite version, it is better than any restaurant has ever served me. My husband loves it! Very tasty! I appreciate you, thank you for sharing.
I made this tonight, followed all your stir fry instructions (included the water chestnuts and bamboo shoots along with other veggies I had on hand), it was very good! I like the delicate blend of flavors without the soy sauce, so many vegetables make it very healthy! Thank you so much for sharing, Ramon! : )
I love your art of cooking. The moo goo gai pan was so delicious and my family liked this recipe very much. Thanks for sharing your cooking steps! A plus!
Rest in peace my dear. I've made the stir-fry version twice now and it is a definite keeper. Thank you very much.
Thank you so much love this video. I made it and messed up a bit but it still turned out good. I take out the bamboo shoots to cut cost.
I added broccoli because I had some and couldn't find the snow peas at the store. Family loved it. I LOVED THE CHICKEN. It was so tender
and flavorful.
you r the BEST Chinese food chef ever..!!!! I am a student.. so, I m busy most of the time. but whenever I have time, and I want some Chinese food , I make them AT HOME. your videos inspired me to cook Chinese food at home. thank you very much
My brother taught me how to cook Chinese, which was a good addition to my kitchen... And Moo Goo Gai Pan both ways was just two more things my wife has learned to expect for our dinner...
Best moo goo recipe I have seen yet. Well done, the crystal white sauce is the best!
moo goo gai pan is my favorite Asian take out dish and with your recipe i can make it right at home , thank you !!
i love how detailed your videos are yet you show how to prepare and cook the food sooo fastly great vid. thanks
Wow, learning from a master chef. You are definitely a pro. I've been checking out different ways to slice chicken breast. This is great because it is so thin and won't be under cooked and also gong to try to slice my carrots like that. I already learned to slice my bok choy separating the stalk and leaves. Thank you and want to see more of your videos.
very healthy specially the second one. thank you for sharing.
This gentleman KNOWS his cookery. Salute.
Hi Chef Raymond. I love cooking and learning about Chinese food. Your channel is a huge eye opener and I've learned so many techniques and tricks. Thank you.
I made this dish tonight almost exactly. I only had Lee Kum Kee chicken bullion, so I adjusted the salt knowing my stock was saltier than what you called for. It came out perfect!! My wife and I loved it! We also make the salt and pepper shrimp on the regular. Like you said, addicting!
Thank you so much for all of your wonderful recipe. I always enjoy watching your wonderful cooking techniques and authentic Chinese recipes.
Thank so much , I have tried several off your dishes using the healthy method. The instruction is so easy to follow thanks, Vanessa

Made this stir fry version tonight. The family devoured it, even the picky kids. Winner!
This looks amazing. This video was very informative. Thank you!
Wonderful cooking as always! Thank you very much!
OMG-I love this recipe! Moo Goo Guy Pan was always one of my favorite dishes, but the Chinese restaurants in my area do not make it this way anymore. They only put carrots and mushrooms in the dish and I am not even a fan of carrots. I have missed this dish so much. I honestly didn't know where to start since I didn't even know the names of the vegetables used, Nappas and Bamboo Shoots! I will be making my own now. Thank you for posting this recipe and the video. You are awesome!
i love the way u cook is so clean and fast
so stasfying to watch
Great videos and humor :) ... Keep them coming.
I enjoy watching all your video, I feel like I'm in the kitchen in Chinatown in San Francisco. Very helpful in cooking Cantonese dishes

One of my (many) favorite Chinese dishes, thank you! I think I'd have to try the boiled way. My gas range has a hot flame but I don't think it compares to the heat that you need for real wok cooking. Thanks for the great recipe.
Made the second version tonight, it was a big hit, thanks, subscribed
Thanks for the showing us other options on cooking your dishes.
Just made the healthy version - turned out Great! Thanks! hope to see more from you.
Very nice and easy. I will try this.... looks delish. Thank you
Thanks for showing video very simple but very delicious food
Love both methods, thanks for sharing.
Excellent recipe. I will use the boiling method tonight. Thanks
Really good. I did the boiled version and everyone liked it. I added light soy the season since I found it needed more flavor. Thanks.
Both yr cooking methods are awesome.
Very well done.... love your channel, Raymond!
Never ever seen a same dish in two methods excellent...
Very well done video. Great taste.

Awesome cooking skills. The food looks delicious. I just received my first Wok for Christmas.
Got to season the wok and then learn how to use it.
Even though this video is over 7 yrs old.....this is still an excellent recipe for a 2 tasty dishes of Moo Goo Gai Pan. Compliments to you Chef !!!
Both recipes are excellent. Thank you for making this video.

Yes, luv 2 watch your video presentation, I 'd rather cook than buy, I want more veggies like zucchini, bokchoy and other greens, more is healthy to me. Thanks for sharing!
I made the stir fry version twice and it still tastes like something I’d get from a takeout place. 😋
Your recipe looks very delicious and I tried it came out very good thanks for sharing
I love your video very well explained thanks the best one so far
Looks so delicious
Looks good! I will try it.
Delicious😘😘 so easy to make ..tnx
I make this atleast once a week now. I use the boiled version but instead of sautéing the garlic, I add it to the leftover boiling water with salt, pepper and mirin and boil it down, then add in the slurry and put the chicken and vegetables back in. Now I don't have to order this whenever I want it. Thanks very much!
Thanks for sharing a delicious recipe .Sir
