    Another solid 'how to' that step by step is making me a pretty decent producer of American style Chinese food. My in-laws think I'm ready to open a restaurant, but I just like to cook for the pure joy it brings me. It's very satisfying to watch them enjoy my labors. Thanks again for helping me impress!
