      Only because they didn't maintain them well and didn't get the updated software packages. The Royal New Zealand Air Force and many others run them very well, with excellent servicability and reliability.

      No. They retired them because they wanted American. They took advantage of a crash (of human cause) of an Nh90 to criticize it and replace the entire fleet with Black Hawks. In the same way that they canceled the French submarine contract to take American ones. Good doggies.
      Besides, they didn't even wanted to sell their Nh90 or even give them. No, they destroyed and buried them (they were new)

    Subs have torpedo tube launched anti air missiles. They hear a helicopter before it can lower its sonar and detect the sub. The helicopter will never know what hit him.

    Massive crap, retired after 5 years with nothing but trouble for the Norwegian Navy Coastguard. Will be raplaced by OLD (but still way better) Seahawks! Sayonara Airbus!

      Its pretty good aircraft if not one of the best. Expensive so not every poor nation can purchase it. Mine has.
