The strain on DB's face reveals the total seriousness, concentration and effort (along with maintaining strict form) he puts into his workouts. With Hany providing in-depth guidance in each part of David's training (it is easy to see how much more effort DB has to put into the FST-7 skull crushers compared to "regular" skull crushers) the combination paid off with victory in Northern Ohio Championships. Keep it up, guys!
I’m glad Hany is working with a range of clients. David being natural is a great representation that the FST-7 training doesn’t just work for enhanced lifters.
