i still can't believe how incredibly elaborate valentine went to just confuse tf out of everyone, and at the same time managed to pull everything off so smoothly and seamlessly as if he had practiced this entire plan like a hundred times before
He must have had this idea for fucking with people's heads ever since he got D4C but never got the opportunity to use it until the encounter in Philadelphia.
Well he doesn't actually NEED to do that Cause his ability here is to seemingly make parallel worlds coexist So in that sense, he could only allow those worlds to coexist where everything goes smoothly as infinite worlds mean infinite possibilities Picking and choosing which one is the most confusing combination

After learning what D4C's true ability was, I looked at his initial exposition about "making multiple universes exist in the same space" not as ArakiForgot, but as Funny deliberately giving misinformation to hide the truth. It would make sense in universe too, as Funny would not want to reveal his hand until he was sure of victory and even then he would try and keep as much hidden as possible.
@@BizarreStarPlatinum glad to hear it. I also somewhat believe that Funny Valentine, at least the main antagonist of the main timeline with D4C, doesn't exist as we think he does. @@IansMentalOmega My only problem with the Diavolo analogy is that the 'Diavolo' personality probably existed before he unearthed the Arrows. Yep, I just noticed that too. It seems that many details in SBR are retconned later on. Mixing and merging universes; creating a sort of omniverse are later nerfed to manually transporting things and people using 2 surfaces, just like you said. Also 3 different Valentines were able to use their D4C simultaneously in a manga panel which is also limited down to 1 D4C per universe during the love train arc. Stand users in earlier parts were able to see, hear and smell, even talk and breath via their stand. But in part 6, Pucci momentarily blinds Jolyne so she couldn't fight properly while her stand was completely fine to throw punches on its own. Stand analogies are very inconsistencies at times.

Basically, Valentine used his universe shifting ability to trick Wekapipo and Diego into shooting Johnny to make them fight and get rid of all 3 if them.
The changes in relative space between universes is likely because the portal appears in the flag. If the flag is positioned in a different position, then the portals will still take them to the other flag (other valentines likely positioned the flags, or other subordinates disguised as civilians

All the other parts made us get really confused because We didn't know the abilities or the causes for some event, but We got good explanations from the parts themselves, here We needed outside help, and even then it still is hard to get.

So judging from that Sponge analogy, Valentine had the power to manipulate reality in the aspect of fate. With his clone he created a scenario that was beneficial to his plan. Using his clone he made it to where a desired situation was happening in a alt world, which he wanted to happen in the root world, and then forced it to happen in 2 different realities making the root world also have the result as well.

I remember another video done by someone who tried to explain this, it was nearly an hour long, also explaining about the witnesses seeing different people shoot him, though unfortunately I think is was either xforts or medinotthebadguy who has since deleted the video.
Wekipipo shoots an alternate Johnny and is brought back, Diego shoots an alternate Wekipipo in the base world but is lead to believe he shot base Johnny and valentine moves between objects to set these situations up and shoots the actual Johnny so the answer is clear it was valentine.
Well now I want to know where Johnny's from Alternate Timelines got their stands since root world Johnny got his from the corpse (at least from what most say, since he loses Tusk when He loses the Left Arm). I can believe they got theirs from the Devil's Palm since I always read it as A) You get Stands from traveling through the area and B) The Devil's Palm is independent from the corpse given that it's caused by a meteor crash. If that's the case though, and it's merely the Devil's Palm that gives the alternate worlds their stand abilities, does that mean AW Valentine never traveled throw the Devil's Palm? Or did they all link together under D4C by doing so? Can Valentine not travel to a world where he doesn't exist or never traveled through the Devil's Palm? Does another Valentine get control of D4C if RW Valentine isn't using it? If not, how come AW Johnny always seemed to be having a problem fighting AW Valentine (like when RW Valentine kept trying to get away from the Infinite Rotation? I haven't seen the D4C analysis just yet when commenting on this.
Ok, so root valentine shot root johnny, so he shot johnny joestar. Wekapipo and diego shot alternate johnny's and were seen alternately by 2 groups split into the 2nd and 3rd world, respectively. Wekapipo was moved here by a 2nd valentine, and diego was moved here by root valentine. Diego shoots at a 2nd wekapipo before being moved, but there is no 2nd diego because diego disguised as a guard. Root valentine moves diego from independence hall to 3rd world johnny at the park before he shoots 2nd wekapipo, and then valentine goes between the horses in the root world to shoot root johnny, the painter sees this. Huff
I think D4C’s ability didn’t change. Diego and Wikapipo could have been walking in the Root World at slightly different times, with Diego being tailed by an Alternate Wikapipo. Diego gets attacked and brought to an alternate world where he shoots. Wikapipo does almost the same thing, following an alternate Diego after Diego had already been zapped to an alternate world. Wikapipo does his stuff and shoots an alternate Johnny. Then Diego could have been sent back through the portal (he had a good idea of the ability, so he may have noticed this happening), along with Wikapipo. All of the witnesses were taken to the Root world from the other worlds (except the Artist). The changes in position are because the Portals D4C uses are connected to the objects in other worlds (the earth he was trapped in during his defeat stayed in the same position because it’s the ground, so it wouldn’t have been moved). With an infinite amount of Man power, it is possible. And since transportation between the portals can happen so seamlessly the target doesn’t notice, everyone is thrown off because they don’t know what the President’s ability is. The scene superimposing Wikapipo and Diego is essentially a diagram, since Wikapipo is drawn with the blur Araki uses for thinking/narration and transitioning out of flashbacks.
So basically a mind fuck kinda situation where they ALL shot johnny (well different versions of him aka not root world) and so every one shot Johnny Joestar
The president shot Johnny, due to D4C's ability of traveling to different dimensions, the president is able to clone himself by having him and the alternate him to come back to the main dimension
First you take the chance on analysis for made in heaven and it worked really well, and now explain the who shot johnny situation now this is great,i had a rough idea about it and kept reading but now i feel big brain because i will understand it easily when i read it again Good! Great video man, keep up the good good work, also,a shame thag chocolate disco was only a distraction, that stand was really cool
I think Funny Valentine Shot Rootworld Jonny Joestar, it makes the most sense since he is the main Villain, which has to seem both powerful and threatening at the same time. in order to make a good villain.
I think your explanation is closest to correctly explaining the tusk arc although I have one question. Johnny was able to get Tusk act 3 based on the corpse with Jesus guiding him, and the corpse only exists in the Root World. If so, alternate world Johnnys wouldn't be able to use Tusk act 3 to escape through the drain. How do you think about this?
"Who Shot Johnny Joestar" and my experience reading that part of SBR, was a wild fucking ride. You have no idea how many times I said "What the fuck?" when reading it. One of the few times, I had my jaw dropped for a very long time. It was so confusing, and at the revelation of the truth, it made D4C seem like a cosmic horror monster. To which, I think it sort of is but of course Tusk ACT4 combined with Johnny's incredible battle intellect, put it down. Johnny is so smart, he was able to understand the specificis of "The World" incredibly quick, and down to it's last detail.

funny valentine's stand is the embodiment of "me when i spread false information"
I remember another video done by someone who tried to explain this, it was nearly an hour long, also explaining about the witnesses seeing different people shoot him, though unfortunately I think is was either xforts or medinotthebadguy who has since deleted the video.
Awesome content man, I seriously love the explanations for the confusing aspects of JoJo.
I love your content, it sucks that jojo isn't relevant at the moment and i hope you get the recognition you deserved.
I'd say it's very relevant due to the David Productions anime. Plus the hype for this Jojo Animation event in April.
Wekipipo shoots an alternate Johnny and is brought back, Diego shoots an alternate Wekipipo in the base world but is lead to believe he shot base Johnny and valentine moves between objects to set these situations up and shoots the actual Johnny so the answer is clear it was valentine.
Love hearing a recount. Great video.
The real question is what was Valentine's angle. Lol I need to knowwwww
With how the story explains it EVERYONE shot jonny joestar including himself XD
YES. Always happy to see peoples interpretation of this Arch.
Love the channel wish you more subs
Huff
"Who shot johnny joestar?"
The blond guy with a gun.
now this is a "But first, we need to talk about parallel universes" moment
D4C works because its user knows about half a button press
I can't wait to see this animated and anime-only viewers be confused af.
This was one of the most confusing fights that I've ever seen on JoJo. And man did I think King Crimson's ability was confusing LMAO
*Jhonny appears*
Everyone: So anyway I started blasting.
13:26 "Diego and the bois are transferred back to the root world"
I think D4C’s ability didn’t change.
I still don't understand, why Valentine did this, instead of sneaking and shooting Johny
I mean, if i had the ability to alter dimensions and mindfuck my enemies, i would pull this shit everytime the chance shows itself.
Ngl, im pretty surprised that you start barely a year ago. You have my high respect. I am a Closet Weeb. You know your manga kid.
There are 3 impostors among us...
>>>Di-S-co was ejected
Good one. I prefer Hamon beats explanation as it’s much more simpler but this one did make me look at this scene a bit differently.
Everyone asks: Who shot Johnny Joestar, and not, Why shoot Johnny Joestar 😔😔😔😔
First you take the chance on analysis for made in heaven and it worked really well, and now explain the who shot johnny situation now this is great,i had a rough idea about it and kept reading but now i feel big brain because i will understand it easily when i read it again
Good!
Man you are soo underrated
My brain hurts
If D4C is the acronym, then Dimes 4 Crimes is the true shortened name
I think your explanation is closest to correctly explaining the tusk arc although I have one question. Johnny was able to get Tusk act 3 based on the corpse with Jesus guiding him, and the corpse only exists in the Root World. If so, alternate world Johnnys wouldn't be able to use Tusk act 3 to escape through the drain. How do you think about this?
Mais no é só no mundo raiz que dar pra ter stands.
I watched a video on this some years ago without 0 knowledge on JoJo
So now that I have knowledge on JoJo, I wanted to find the video again but couldn't
So thank you~~ This video is a blessing :2
Araki really said “fuck animators, no one will animate this part”
And made part 7 all about horses
Who really shot Jonny Joestar?
- It was me DIO!!!
Man Araki really just said "Yes."
Honestly It's obvious, only one dude saw Funny Valentine, 2 girls saw Wekapipo and 3 boys saw Diego, which means it was Diego 100% legit.
I love democracy
