Cut the cake to give it a nice crack, or you can choose not to cut it
I tried making the orange pillow cake twice. But both times the middle bit sink after cooling even though I cooled it upside down like you did. I did not grease the pan either. Do you know how I can make it so that it doesn't sink? Thanks
You need to adjust your oven temperature
Is it oven too hot will make it sink ?
OIC. I baked at 160c. I used my thermometer to check. Maybe I should lower to 150c. Thank you.
Dear Mdm K, if I want to use only 2 egg yolks + 2 egg whites, can still use ONE whole egg or half whole egg? Tq!
You can put 1 whole egg
