Не парься, от стенки отжиматься не надо, на табуретку в таком же положении ноги поставь и все, у него в целом упражнения бесполезные, самое эффективное, как раз отжимания в остальных упражнениях я вообще не вижу толку, купите гангтель и будут руки

this was focused mainly on beginners, and beginners dont have that much strength, core strength, and knowledge. you should research, but this is the simplest answer muscle grows when its being repaired. (when youre sleeping and resting), and you need protein to make the repair more effective. you should not do this everyday, rather do it then rest for 48-72. (you should still research, to be optimal)
of course you have to exercise every day and have to be regular too, it can't be once a week, maybe once a week you can, but maybe it has to be 2 years or maybe 3 years and it has to be regular too
2-3 times a week when u feel sore skip a day muscle grows even in rest just eat enough protein and less fat also when trying to lose fat and keep muscle growth cut out 500 calories on your normal intake and keep eating proteins

This was excellent. So many similar ones are a thinly veiled bulge-o-rama. I like showing the muscle groups and ways to NOT do them...whenever I see anything remotely like this I find once I try it, I am not so sure I have the right form, so I have to look again.
from my personal experience i tried this and it did make my arms bigger but not by a whole bunch but what i did do was multiply the sets by 3 to increase the workout
