For everybody who want to know if it works with OX Pimple Rubbers: no, it doesnt. I was aksing this fact on the sanwei homepage in live chat. It only works for normal rubbers with sponge. Thanks to sanwei support for clearing this point. It would be great, if the cutting machine would able to cut thin OX pimple rubbers also. Maybe you will ask your engineer 🙂
Put the OX-rubber on with slightly wet glue. That way you can adjust it after you have put it on... when you're satisfied put the bat under pressure. Otherwise OX-rubber can be a real challange to put on, especially if it is a used rubber.
Great idea. Plz let us know, how many cut cycles this blade has? Spare parts (blades) are available? What is the process look like to restore (sharpen) this blade? Thanks
@@SANWEIOfficial thank you) may I ask if spare blades are available to purchase? In our shop we usually cut 10-15 rackets a day. It means that one blade will be used for one month maximum. Then - what can we do? Thank you
1. Is it possible to cut Japanese penhold (square) shaped blades too? 2. What about replacement parts? If we can only cut like 500 times there should be a way to replace the blade as it becomes dull ultimatively. Nobody is going to buy a whole cutting machine after 500 cuts. 😅
The machine is absolutely ingenious and ridiculously absurd. From my very first rubber application (back in the early 70's), I used a very sharp, _long,_ knife and had it cut very well in less time than it shows here just putting the blade on. Later on it went just as easily with large scissors.
My Sanwei press came defective and does not close properly with the paddle. It was misaligned and is uncomfortable to use. They refused to provide support, even though I have emails as evidence. Poor after-sales service.😢😢😢😢😢
My God! Just use paper cutter, it's so easy & clean. Scissors are even faster. They are so much cheaper than this machine. I would buy a good blade with the money.
Amazing someone invented this!

Will it work with Nittaku MORISTO SP which is short pimple with sponge? Thanks.

Will this work with any blade size or only Sanwei blades?
How about big head combination paddle
What is the price? How can we order it?

@@ttizm Hi, I have asked our designers for you, they said it can use 500 times.

@@SANWEIOfficial That means only 250 bats can be made as they require two rubbers, one on each side.
Don't you have physical store in Philippines?
Yes, in Cebu and Manila.
@ can you give me their respective contact details?
Is there one like this, just to cut out the blade )))))
Would there be any risk of damaging the wood?
No, it wouldn't. Don't worry.

What's wrong with a pair of scissors...?
Why🤷♂️
Какая ж хрень !
Я играю накладками Xiom и Victas. И всю жизнь обрезал квадраты острым ножом или бритвой, а то и ножницами. И нафига нужна эта ерунда с прессом?
Same here, and a knife or scissors will cut _any_ kind of rubber, and do it a lot faster.
