I personally prefer a softer one on the backhand, I used a Desto F1 before but changed to an F4 as my backhand was very powerful and was difficult to control the spin
Omega V Europe suits the best as a backhand rubber to me. A bit high throw which is good for backhand stroke mecanism, medium hardness, so it is easy to make speed on compact stroke. The spin is also good enough because it is designed for polyball. Paired with MX-S as a forehand rubber(medium throw angle, medium hard sponge and very grippy surface) will make this set up is optimal for two wings looper.
I used the combo tenergy 05 and 05 FX but the 05 FX is too soft for me I feel like it's rubber for kids. Now I play tenergy 05 forehand and 64 on backhand.
Coach. Do you think I can make use of my Joola Rhyzm for backhand? (not the Rhyzm-P version, also my current forehand rubber) I'm planning to get DHS Hurricane 3 Neo for my forehand. And use my Rhyzm for backhand. Or should I change for a better backhand?
I prefer cheap and rather hard & tacky chinese rubbers such as Reactor Tornado V5 (which is actually factory boosted) on backhand. I used ESN rubbers but chinese tacky rubbers give me confidence for flicking every single serve. Soft chinese tacky rubbers (Yinhe Mercury 2 max and soft) are also an option.
Is it a good idea to put Yasaka Rakza Z on my backhand and Yasaka Rakza Z extra hard on the forehand? Or should I use Yasaka Rakza Z extra hard on both sites?
I just wanna find a rubber that works for both forehand and backhand, and when the forehand rubber needs ti be changed, just flip the racket and play with the other. Big money saver.
@@fraezma It doesn't lose speed, it looses grip, making blocking easier. At our level we don't need backhand topspin, so it doesn't make sense to play a spinny difficult rubber on the backhand.
hello, do you consider that a yinhe moon pro is a good backhand rubber, if I have a nittaku fastarc G1 on forehand ? a tacky rubber is good or not for backhand ? thanks for the tips :p
I dont like too much bounce on backhand because it is confusing to me in the short push game where I use backhand and forehand interchangably. I am using Yasaka Mark V on backhand because I am a low level player and I have Yasaka Rakza Z on forehand. Rakza Z works great with my Avalox P500, but I still havent found a great backhand rubber. I am thinking of trying Nittaku Fastarc C-1 because people say it does not have that much bounce and I suppose its a good progression from Mark V because my game is mostly control on backhand to set up steparound for forehand.
What is the best forehand rubber for a chopper using Thibar gross tech Long pimps rubber on backhand. Pl advise me to have full control for forehand chop and play good offence also.
Coach, what would be a nice Butterfly combination with Tenergy 19 on the forehand? Blade and backhand rubber? I am also open to thoughts for say a Donic combination.
i have it on my backhand. DHS 301 RPB. my back hand is pretty strong regardless of rubber or style. but i find, if you dont hit the ball a certain way with g1, you cant get the best out of it. blades had to be almost flat and you push forward not upward, and you hit hard and it goes super sonic speed. its excellent for forehand also. amazing accuracy.
Pretty good choice. Having the same rubber on both sides is usually easier to understand, but it could limit your gameplay. You have to think of forehand and backhand as 2 different things. For example if both are weapons then 1 is a hammer and 1 is a sword. Being able to vary shots makes your shots way better. Backhand is used mainly for short game, fast close to the table shots, sharp pushes. Forehand is better at pressuring with topspin, playing your opponent away from the table. Nittaku is usually better for forehand and for backhand you might wanna use something else, but if you are used to it you might also not wanna make big changes anyway
doesnt Ma Long use a 41 degree Hurricane 3 on forehand and a 37 degree hurricane 3 for backhand? thats -4 degrees for his backhand rubber... just saying. I guess ESN scale is different from chinese tacky rubber hardness scale.
i have pretty strong backhand so its hard to really comment. I don't know what part two he will say. but ones I played with and i find amazing balance between all the strokes, plus speed and accuracy and spin are, hurricane GOLDARC 8, G1 (requires much better technique), mx S, mx P and hurricane goldarc 5. both Shakehand and rpb. I dont buy butterfly nor i will ever spend money in their prodcts, they are dicks. but i would not be shocked they also have top notch backhand rubbers.
@@jackhsieh3955 i play g1 rpb. never played with tenergy to compare. but depending on your stroke. its amazing rubber for backhand. if you hold your raquet more flat and grip the ball more. it as amazing spin. speed and accuracy. depending on your blade of course(mine is dhs 301). i would not recommend it though over goldarc 8, mxs or mxp. Its amazing in spin and flicks and push and service digging the ball out and so on, main issue is for power shots. if your stroke is wrong you will not like this rubber, its also very fast.
@@jackhsieh3955 I recommend you Omega V Europe. Medium high throw angle and medium hardness like T05. The topsheet was already designed for polyball. Easy to make speed and spin yet very controllable since the speed is in par with Omega VII Pro, DNA Pro H, or Rakza X.
Hi coach, I recall reading in your website about the DHS Hurricane Neo3 being a factory pre-tuned rubber. IMO hurricane GOLDARC 8 or G1. G1 cheaper for sure and amazing. just need a bit of better technique.

H8 has bad topsheet quality

What if it's a hybrid rubber with tacky top sheet and harder sponge? The tackiness takes off some speed but helps in banana flicks.
