Nicely made. . The router bit that cut the handle could have a round shape to it, save shaping it on the sanding belt. Also I noticed that where the bit started and stopped when cutting out the bat it left an indentation, this could be avoided by starting the cut at the base of the handle on the corner. Phew that laser was super quick, there’s me thinking that was carved by hand : ) but I did notice a tiny chunk of wood had splintered off - quality control ? ?. Looks like the box that the bat is put in is more expensive to make than the bat itself. Obviously the bats are more for show as a serious player would apply their own choice of rubbers. :)
I trained as a toolmaker a long time ago ... your milling cutters need sharpening :-D (And a slightly higher cutting speed aka more RPM would probably help too). Apart from that: nice video

It's pretty common for a table tennis blades to have some cut out inside handle for weight balance. It shifts the balance towards the head, which give you more power and clearer feeling, but it's not for everyone because it makes entire raquet to feel heavier.
Yeah, but where did the plates for these rackets come from? the main thing of the blade is just there already. I mean, even 0.05 mm of any layer changes the characteristics of the blade significantly. I wold love to see how it’s done, and not just forming the plate and handle.
Please don't just hand-paint random brushstrokes and then Lasercut the wood like that! Why didn't you resin/lacquer the handle afterwards to prevent dirt buildup in the gaps. Using a scoring cut before making the full-depth plunge cut will help with better edges. That T-slot in the handle is STIGA MARKETING BS! It makes the blade vibrate even more losing the precise touch, causing poor balance and lack of feeling from the handle! THIS IS MAIN REASON I NEVER BUY STIGA! Also PU-Varnish is a good decision, but again why didnt you PU Varnish AFTER paint?? Wouldn't the paint just come off the below previous PU Varnish layer ??? I hope you are not one of those cheap chinese imitation manufacturers.

yep, 75% of work in making tt blade is decorative. 75% of the price is marketing margin. anyone can make basic super zlc blade with a plain handle at home for ~30e (instead of 140-240e sold by big brands), and it's that expelsive 'cuz you'll have to buy at least 10 sheets of core and finishing wood and 100x30cm carbon sheet. making 5 blades form a minimal ali-e pack would make your blade cost you like 10euros (and max 1h of work (minus night hours of pvc glue drying out). and if you're lazy, just buy 5pl basic 5pl cheap chinese 10e blade, and clue carbon and hinoki/aouys ply to it, i've done it 10 times, makes you just fine off+ outer carbon blades out of dirt cheap stuff. take a def wooden blade, glue your plies and thicker outer ply, it'll feel like a nice inner carbon. plus, oversized def blades can be cut into cybershape hex style.
