It’s my 23rd birthday today and I put this on as soon as midnight hit.22 was a very sad age for me- struggling to find a job after leaving college, lost my dog and a close friend a few months apart and my acne got worse,but things are going to be okay. Life is not going to beat me. Everything will be okay. ‘Nothing lasts forever’ the most reassuring yet saddest thing. TRY TO ENJOY LIFE AND LOVE 🙏🏻✨💕💕✨
I love this song so much, also! I'm 21 and starting my final year of university, except that it's not the same university that I left in March when Coronavirus took over everyone's news feeds. I'm scared I won't get into my grad program, that I'll be isolated, that my boyfriend and I will be separated due to being citizens of different countries and travel restrictions, that I don't have a plan B. But things are going to be okay. Life has up and downs, you just have to try to love what's in front of you before it leaves or changes. Who knows, one day you might feel nostalgic...

I thought it was a late Echo song, like mid nineties... So was similar time to oasis etc. It's like their equivalent to She's In Fashion (Suede) or Ordinary World (Duran Duran)
