Based on that logic, if they acquired _Mahomes,_ you'd sit him? Yeah, that's 5-year-old reasoning. 1) Russ has led the league in throws behind the line of scrimmage _five years straight_ & even with that hasn't led the league in completion %.
2) He avoids looking at any receiver in the middle of the field or any receiver *heading towards* the middle of the field. Watch what happens when the Steelers' coaches realize this because guess what? Other teams' defenses will damned quickly.
3) Name a Single Thing Wilson can do that Fields can't?

This is why people repeat what coaches & GMs say, as well as ignore reality for anything any politician says.
For all the people who bash these guys? Relax he uses not click bait interesting titles everyone does it but atleast they talk about the topic. No nobody is starting rumors they are just reporting what they know hear etc.
These guys know the steelers like some other channels but not many.
I don't know these guys but they try to get your steelers information. So let's enjoy.
If the Steelers go through all this to get Russell Wilson and then manage to phuck it up then they deserve what they get. I hope Mason Rudolph comes to town and either Rob's is off a perfect season or knocks us out of the playoffs.
This team has some work to do to earn back my confidence. I'll be nervous until we get our WR situation ironed out.

I'm a life long fan of the Bears, and also had season ticket for the 49ers during my 35 years in the Bay Area. I have always followed and respected the Steelers organization, and especially now with Wilson and Fields. Everyone but haters of Fields know that he received Pee Wee/Pop Warner level coaching in Chicago - starting with Nagy, Getsy, Eber-lose.

Nagy, yes. Getsy & Eberflus? No. In interviews, 'Flus makes it clear that He Decides what plays to limit the offense to. So it ain't Getsy's doing at all, & as his firing showed, he couldn't do anything without 'Flus' approval. So it ain't Getsy.
& Eberflus isn't Pop Warner. He was Very Successful at intentionally sabotaging Fields. & you the fans pretended not to see it. Actually, come to think f it, if the fans *hadn't turned* a blind eye, he couldn't possibly have gotten away with it he made it so obvious.

I am a fields guy but I am happy with how he laid it out. I think what no one is talking about maybe Russ comes to camp and plays well but everyone just sees Fields doing crazy things and he wins out. It seems fair that if he is going to start he should just outplay Russ. But what I am suggesting is that this could happen and Russ still play well but it is just obvious that Fields is different. It is his fourth year let’s see different.

You heard it first here , Wilson starts camp as number one . That is not how it ends , Fields is the starter in week one .
We need to draft Graham Barton and the tackle from Washington then draft the dt from clemson number33 then best corner available then wide receiver then inside linebacker then wide receiver or corner
I think Russell Wilson is the starter for now but I also think that Justin fields should be the starter at some point or next year JF should start over Wilson not just for right now but thinking about the future and JF is the future russ is getting old and only have a few years left but I don't think JF will wait 4 or 5 years to become a starter again russ got this year then its JF time when russ retires who's going to be the QB JF has to take over at some point
Fields might be our future. RW hope he doesn't get hurt and balls out. But we have a good backup plan. Atleast on paper. We still need a couple wide recievers..A Center and Cb. Maybe some dline. But I'd love to get simmons or gilmore more simmons

Tomlin doesn’t care what the media thinks and he’ll say whatever he wants weather it’s the truth or to throw the media off. Just like the media said Tomlin would stick with Pickett because he drafted him, well media he traded him so how many times can you be wrong!

I see them trading for a big name WR very soon, they are NOT the Steelers of OLD, New Age Pittsburgh Steelers. Let's GO. Aiyuk, Deebo, Diggs, Devante Adams, AJ Brown, Im 100% sure all are available for the right price. Steelers will be looking into all options
Tomlin told us yesterday they're going to add to the room. I'd expect an early-round pick but a trade is definitely still a possibility

@@michaelmogavero8138Yup. He's like a low-end 4th though, a distraction for the defense but no one's first choice. Still... nahh, I can't get excited about this. He either ups his game, or if I'm the coach, I make him a bigger part of the offense for a while & only maintain it if he keeps pace. My intuition says he needs a little support like that to regain his confidence.
It's not like the Steelers are deep at WR. May as well try this approach.

It wasn't lack of skills that other teams didn't jump on Fields. It was the🤑🤑🤑. He came to us because that's where he wanted be. Both of our QB's are better than the 3 no longer with us

Have you two seen Fields play he is terrible. Can’t read a defense at all. He takes to long to throw to open receivers. Has timing issues with throws and is inaccurate. Just like Pickett teams passed because he stinks.
