If these two questions are on your mind then this video is for you. In this video, I have shared one simple recipe that will help you gain weight, build muscle faster.
The best thing about this recipe is that it doesn't require any sort of cooking. No blenders, no fancy equipment, no nothing. All you will need is 5 simple ingredients, which I promise are very easily available in Indian markets.
INGREDIENTS
1. Rolled Oats (40 g)
Oats are an excellent source of complex carbohydrates. They also help in building muscle.
2. Curd (200 g)
Curd is a primary source of protein.
3. Banana (1 medium)
Banana is a high calorie fruit which makes it favorable for weight gain and muscle building.
4. PITTED DATES (5 no.)
Dates are also naturally high in calories. They are also known to increase bone weight and strength.
5. ROASTED PEANUTS (30 g)
Peanuts a source of healthy fats are ideal for muscle building.

Just cut the quantity in half eat very early morning.
Oats have phytic acid over them, which makes them hard to digest and absorb, while phytic acid also blocks absorption of some imp. Minerals, so it is recommended to soak Oats overnight, before consuming in morning,,,you can search more about the correct way of soaking Oats & about phytic acid on Google 👍

I would suggest not eating outside food like you are saying the "THE RESTAURANT FOOD" They should be like your cheat meals. If you eat at home you could just Literally choose all the healthy items that you want to eat where as the outside We don't have much options.

I used milk ..i just boiled milk and added the required amount of oats as i feel ok..half a cup ..in a glass of milk ..rest as the above ...its good and heavy for breakfast..

Since your recipes usually consist of mixing many foods together, there is always a risk of mismatch. For eg, dates and peanuts are usually advised in winters for they may cause heat in body and acidity too.Further, do they make good combo with dahi? Am not sure. Pls throw some light on this.
