Just wanted to say thanks for all the tips you've been sharing in your videos. Over the past few weeks, I've been following your channel and it's made a difference in my running journey only started running during Jan, and I also took the plunge and signed up for a marathon. Completed it yesterday with a time of sub 3:50 which i wasn't expecting! Your video about the Endorphin Pro 4s caught my eye, and I decided to give them a shot for my race day shoes. Definitely a game-changer! They really helped carry me through those last few miles to the finish line. Thanks again for all you do, and good luck with your upcoming race! Keep inspiring us all with your awesome content!
Good luck, you put so much into this!! Also on a side note, what you may hear as "rambling" really comes off more as pure excitement to most of us. It's evident you love doing this. Keep it up!
Man keep crushing it! I follow a lot of RUclips runners but you are the realest and most authentic creator in this space. I love the journal entry style content. I came for the shoes but stayed for the day to day vlog. Sometimes on my long run, I just start your video and just listens to it while I’m running like a podcast. lol
Best of luck in your marathon. I found this channel a few weeks back by chance looking for a detailed shoe review. Was blown away by your level of detail and enthusiasm. After watching a few videos - there’s much more to your content - great running info, the widest collection of running shoes on planet earth, and super easy going vibes. Keep up the great work!
You put in the work with these daily uploads. Also, kudos to Charli because no way a guy with three kids could put in all those miles and daily videos without great family support.
@@supwell Took your advice & ordered the Rebel V4. Picked them up today at the post office & just finished my hill repeats. Excellent! Just like you said. Everything I'd need & nothing I wouldn't. Kind of floated up the hills with less stress on hips & knees. Many thanks. As these wear out feel free to suggest a future upgrade.
@@angelmatos9143 amazing! So glad to hear they're working for you. Let me know when you're in the market again and what you're looking for and I'll send you some suggestions
I see the GoPro is giving you new ideas for transitions bro. Excellent content as always and I am grateful for you being humble! Manifesting a great race for you as we speak. I would say good luck, but you don't need it. You put in the work and it will show no doubt.
Keep putting the work in young man! Continue to sharpen and hone your skills. In regard to how you film, training, and life overall! Looking forward to seeing your channel grow! Got my first marathon in a few weeks and you’ve kept me motivated throughout my training. Thank you and good luck to you in the future✊🏽Shout out to your beautiful family as well!
Love the shoe, heavy runner. 6'3 270. I can hit low 8 paces and cruise at 1030ish mins paces. Did 10 Miles today. Just which there was rubber on the soles. But my legs don't hurt and It keeps me turning.
Best of luck with your race..after several hundreds of race mornings, finding the porta-jons is stop #1 before the crush hits them..😂..for my stride I would go with the Diadora cara or the alphafly V3 if I was after the fastest time I could get..the best advice I could give is to relax and go with the flow of the day..some days you have it,some days you don't ,so don't push until you feel the flow/vibe/energy of the day and stay in control..if you have it ,then let it rip..either way enjoy the day and the journey..after all the journey is the reward..oh yah,the bling at the end..😅 godspeed 🎉🎉
Been working on chaining miles together consecutively (haven’t run for real since highscool) and have been nerding out over shoes watching all these vids. Liking the rebel v4 for my treadmill sprints lol and coasting on 1080v13s. Looking forward to the sc trainer v3 when I get good enough to get more out of a shoe like that. Oh and Brooks ghost max are goated for walking
Great content as always :-) Still trying to find someting to go along my 1080 v13. Im a slow runner (qnd a new runner) and i still cant get to grips with my Sc Trainer V1(i get tight quads and soreness In my right knee)…i Think the stack height and drop might be too much.. the only shoe that have been perfect for me so far is the 1080 v13.. im strongly considering the rebel V4 but im afraid they might not be great for my pace…
thank you! here's the link for rebel v4 www.runningwarehouse.com/New_Balance_FuelCell_Rebel_v4/descpage-NB4REM0.html?from=supwell and any of the shoes you click on through my website supwell.io have the links as well!
I use NB 1080 v13 as my daily and absolutely love it for the comfort! Thinking about switching to these as my next daily’s (based on watching you!) is a good comparison or completely different?? Thanks!!
You do realise you recorded your PIN code on camera (9:55) which is now in the public domain. Considering many people use the same codes this could present quite an issue.
Sc trainer v2 is a lot more cushioned and better for long runs. This is lighter and I prefer it for shorter runs and speed work - so I would go rebel if you want something for short and fast runs and sc trainer v2 for long runs
It really surprises me how two experts on a subject can differ so much. While you say this is not the most comfortable max cushion shoe and doesnt feature on the top of your list, another highly regarded youtuber - Seth Fowler with 1 million + subscribers has listed the Rebel V4 as the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn and this shoe is No.1 on his list followed by the Nike Invincible 3 and the 1080V13. Is comfort in shoes so subjective that two people can differ so much? ruclips.net/video/b79xD5_mBLs/видео.htmlsi=xiVXr30OZsfsmpk9
Great question. The Rebel v4 would not be considered by most runners as a max cushion shoe - it has 30mm in the heel compared to the other shoes you mentioned that have 38mm (1080v13) and 40mm (invincible). I took a look at the other channel and he doesn't review from a running perspective, so I understand why he's calling it the most comfortable shoe. It is very comfortable for walking and casual use. But compared to shoes with more cushion in the heel, it is not as comfortable for running (that is my personal opinion after putting 100+ running miles on the rebel v4). The lower stack of foam does not provide as much protection as the other shoes mentioned
@@supwell Thank you for the response. Your opinion is certainly more weighty and valuable being a runner yourself who has experienced the shoes substantially. Thank you once again.
This is kind of a bittersweet moment for those who’ve been following you for a while. Thanks for all that you do broski 🤞and good luck!
My guess is recovery mode and then back to whatever training he has planned for the Autumn Marathon!! Go Yowana! ❣
My favourite running channel on RUclips, should be way bigger. Good luck from Australia!!
He's my favorite in the space as well!

I knew I would sleep in after yesterday but i had to wake up and check strava. Way to go! Victory lap!
Your training for the marathon has been amazing. You'll be right up there with the fastest runners. Have fun 🤘
Good luck. Saucony endorphin Pro 4
My nephew served there for six years and ran the course many years ago. You'll enjoy it. I'm getting your notifications on athlete tracker. Run well.
I asked the same question to 6 top-running influencers & I got the most insightful & useful answer from you. Respect. 😎

@@supwell Just out of curiosity, because I enjoyed running in the Rebel V4 so much, what is the closest shoe you’ve tried from another brand.

I would like to see a bigger comparison both Novablast 4, & Rebel V4 at the same time. I’m getting the Rebel soon.
YESIRR LET"S GOOO !!!!!
Leverage that solar eclipse ! I bet you have some strong mercury action in your chart.
Great content as always. I was at the same marathon. Would have been awesome to meet you. Metaspeed sky paris
Where can I find the runningwarehouse link? Definitely wanna support you!

Thanks!!
Super different! I love both but the 1080 is way more cushioned and comfortable overall. They'd be great to pair together though
Thanks man! Good luck in the marathon!
You do realise you recorded your PIN code on camera (9:55) which is now in the public domain. Considering many people use the same codes this could present quite an issue.
I love this shoes, but did you have any issues with tongue slippage? If so, how did you recommend fixing it?
200mi review - Rebel v4.
Congrats on your race result!!
Cielo X1 is my guess
Rebel v4 200 miles please. More likely than the novablast to start breaking down, but will be great if it doesn’t.
Do those shoes cut into the back of your heels at all???
No and I also use padded socks to prevent that on any shoe. Either Feetures elite cushion or OS1st performance
@@supwell ok ty i just ordered a pair from N/B the blue and key lime ones 😉
These one or sc trainer v2?
Sc trainer v2 is a lot more cushioned and better for long runs. This is lighter and I prefer it for shorter runs and speed work - so I would go rebel if you want something for short and fast runs and sc trainer v2 for long runs
REBEL V4 vs CYCLONE 2!!!!!
Good Luck! Remember, negative splits. Meaning start 10" slower first 5 miles
Good luck bro? Ru vegan?
Yes, he is.
