It is likely he was doing this as a SLAPP suit to drain money from Repzion and Chris Hansen but Repzion put up a go fund me just asking fans for a dollar each if they could because he had to pay $2,500 for legal advice. I was about to but within a day he reached at least double his goal and we all know that he sued the wrong Chris Hansen.
I'm super happy he got so much support. I believe he ended up receiving $23,000! That he will use for future legal issues we all know Onion will put him through.

Onion boy dismissed his case against Repzion on the grounds that he had been "advised" (see also: frantically Googled in his car outside the courthouse) to drop the request for a protective order in order to pursue other legal means of defending himself from Repzion's "harassment" . The Chris Hansen case would have been tossed out by the judge on the simple grounds that the wrong respondent had been served.
The fact that the motion from the Other Chris Hansen explains the intended recipient is just giving me the giggles. Because chances are dude never heard of Grog before this and figured out why he was served on google. That said, the fact he described it as a very public issue with Chris Hansen makes me think he might've already known about the Onision Investigation, which also cracks me up.
