If twitch agree's to bring you into their partner program and pay you, you are an employee at that point. And if you are also trying to work for a competitor then you are technically taking business away from twitch. It's smart business to keep creators exclusive to your platform.

Actually I work an office job and if my hubby and I ever broke up I would 100% take a month off. I understand it's different for people who are 'dating around' but when you've geared your entire life towards growing old with someone for years and years and years... fuck yeah you can't work.

I've had discussions with them about sudden long term leave because my family live overseas (so if something happens, I have to take a 24 hour flight) and I've built rapport covering extra shifts, never calling in sick etc. If you build rapport with a long term employer, they tend to be supportive.
It’s more the fact that he has been broken up with Nat for weeks and has been acting normal until after he announced publicly that they have broken up and is using that as a reason to not do things that he could of cancelled before he announced it.
