Go to settings, apps, search windows defender and repair it and reset it Then restart pc and fix successfuly. The powershell commands worked for me. don't forget to revert it back with this command: Set-ExecutionPolicy Restricted

I checked on windows updates, it was that easy, if it doesn't appears anything just refresh and it will scan fornupdates and that's it
