Go to C:\Windows\System32\SecurityHealth. If It it's empty:
FIX WINDOWS SECURITY ERROR
• Download catalog.s.down...
• Right click on SecurityHealthSetup_*.exe and "Run as administrator"
The Windows Security UI should work straight away. If not, restart the computer and give the system a few minutes to initialize before checking.

Thanks, downloading and running the security health update from the Microsoft catalogue worked for me. As soon as I clicked 'run' my windows security started giving notifications again and now works :)

Trying the security health setup fix rn, dunno if its gonna work as the security health file is missing, not only the components inside it but the file itself, hopefully this will fix it
