Larry, I discovered your channel yesterday and it is excellent. Your clear explanations and use of drills make it so easy to understand. Thank you for these videos.
love this detailed explanation. so many instructors say clear the left leg etc. but nobody actually shows and explains the HOW. thank you for taking the time to post this.
I watched this drill before but was unable to actually implement the feeling in the swing. After working on other parts of the swing I came back to this drill and everything fell into place and I was actually able to feel the proper way to rotate and use the ground. Finally I’m able to get to impact without extending and throwing my arms at the ball. I can’t wait to hit the range to work on my swing.
Larry love the channel. I started opening left foot really helped get the hips through. Not being young and flexible learning these little cheats really help. Way better ball striking.
Great video. I've noticed recently when videoing my swing that my right hip was higher than my left on the downswing. I didn't think it looked right but I wasn't sure. This video should help that a lot.
Larry, great video. As I looked at it though I thought that transition would be difficult to replicate. Had my left hip replaced and the lower body movement would be problematic. Any suggestions/shortcuts to transition better without optimal flexibility.
Larry, love the way you explain the motions. I’m in my early sixties and have lost the flexibility I once possessed and my body type is more suited for the hands not getting higher than my trail shoulder at the top. Is this limited hand height a detriment to this swing model? Thx.
Great drill. I've been looking for something like this. My biggest problem is the lean. Back surgeries limits my motion and I'm always hesitant to rotate.
hard for me to comment on what may help you without knowing you in person and knowing your medical history, so I suggest finding someone you trust to work on it if you're looking to work on some stuff =)
Hi larry, I'm very strong on the squat and deadlift, but can't manage to use my legs at their full potential in the swing, is it because I go down with my arms too quick?
@@LarryCheungGolf Hi Larry I did ent get much from that reply, is there any pressure equalizing pressure from trail too or does it just go along for the ride .thanx Peter.
Fantastic Larry definitely woke me up. Definitely need more drills like this for the Low Ceiling Igloo golfers. Maybe someday you can explain why as a lefty I have so much trouble interpreting the clock face references in the feet. 👍
Athletic Motion Golf says to start the downswing with a falling downhill sensation with the left shoulder going forward--no upper body resistance. Who to believe?
Different feels for different people, they help alot of golfers out, it's all preference and making sure the right prescription is suggested for the specific player, but this is my preference =)

Outstanding step by step explanation re the drill and how your body should move thru the swing. Need this understanding! Thank you!
Lovely move...
Thanks,
William

Exactly!!!
Best explanation of using the ground. First time I've understand why I crowd the ball and don't fully rotate. Very helpful! thank you!

This is the key I've been looking for! Thanks Larry. Wish I lived closer to you.
I do offer online lessons if that's something youd like to think about, you can email me at Larry@Larrycheunggolf.com about that =)
Another great drill. Brilliant.

Great visual and really showing how to use the legs. I am trying really hard with sequence, i feel like i am always late with my squat.
Thanks for that. Had a bit of a breakthrough today
Great drill, explanation and demonstration Larry! Well done!
Another beauty ! Great job Larry

Can't answer that without seeing you in person with your medical history, it'd be irresponsible of me to guess at it =)

hard to say in your case if you have some flexibility issues, you may need to work with someone in person =)
Larry: I thank you for a fabulous video. Would you inform me what video describes the carport drill Again thanks
you can search larry cheung golf cardboard drill probably =)
Larry, great drill. I am 67 years old so time is not my friend! So how long to practise to get this working as a swing please?
impossible to put a time to it, everyone implements things differently at different speed =)
Nice one Larry
I will be trying great content.
So good

Hey Larry could you explain the correlation between the left hip and the left shoulder? Thanks
Will come in another video =)
One drill that addresses many problems. Thanks LC!
Does this move work with ALL clubs Larry?
this is for full swing for all clubs =)
Hi larry, I'm very strong on the squat and deadlift, but can't manage to use my legs at their full potential in the swing, is it because I go down with my arms too quick?
Someone is definitely off =)
Thx!
How is the squatting as far as stress on back ?
Squatting and rotating is safer on the back that sliding and tilting in my opinion
Hi Larry on the downswing push up what does the left foot do regarding down pressure, regards Peter.
Different feels for different players, just need to be complimentary =)

11 oclock left foot, 130 oclock right foot for a leftie =)
Larry Cheung Golf So 1:30 meaning halfway between 1 and 2 and in all cases heel is 6? 👍
I’m desperate for your help, makes so much sense, but I’m 47, need your help!!!
