Larry. Thank you for this. Immediately fixed me. I didn’t realize I worked my way so vertical, and to fix it I tried to get my shoulders more vertical and it exasperated it horribly. This now freed me up and I feel like I can turn as hard as I can again. Big thanks!!!!
Larry first of all I wanna say that I fucking HATE doing drills, they're annoying, uncomfortable, and usually NEVER help my golf game however this is one drill that I love! It's simple to do and better yet extremely effective plus I don't have to wear myself out at the range doing it. I got immediate feedback plus the progression from half swing to three-quarter swing to full swing is easy to do! Thanks man much appreciated.
thanks Larry. Love the half swing drills. The looping sensation has helped me where I'm getting much better contact and distance now, especially with Driver
Hi Larry just found your videos on youtube. This drill is great but I would add to the video that you are starting this swing with your soles of your feet best wishes Tim
Hi Larry, I have been practising the loop for a couple of weeks now and it really seems to be improving the strike with my Irons, (I have always had a tendency to drag the club too far on the inside in my takeaway which has forced me in the past to come over the top in the downswing causing fades, slices and sometimes even shanks). I am now feeling a loop outside in the takeaway and then a loop inside in the downswing, which really works well with my Wedges & Irons. But I am finding with my Driver that I am hitting straight Pushes/Blocks out to the right (it's definitely not a fade or a slice) it's defo a straight Push. The more I loop the further right goes my Pushes. So I have experimented with the Face angle of my Driver at address and if I close the face slightly I re-direct the Push and I get a great flight that flies dead straight. I don't have access to Trackman, but I suspect that I am matching up my inside Path with a closed face and hence getting a straight (Powerful) flight. Is this correct or should I be doing something else to overcome the Push, (if possible I really want to keep "The Loop" in my swing)?
Many thanks for your videos, your instruction has made a big difference to my golf swing and performance. I have reduced my backswing length in order to ensure that I can repeatedly get the clubhead lagging and coming from the inside. The surprising result is that I hit the ball a little bit further than before and I am hitting it a lot straighter. Are you intending to do any videos on putting?
Fantastic and simple instructions, subscribed. Could you please point me to your videos where I can fix the hips moving too fast, ahead of the hands swing. Thank you very much
Hi Larry, I’ve noticed you have an inside takeaway in your full swing, and also Matt from TXG who you coach also has one. How does this work? Many instructors here on RUclips advise against it and claim that it could cause over the top downswing problems. Could you please elaborate?
I worked this out for myself at one point last year and must say the contract felt great. However, after a couple of days I started to get too much curvature to the left. The driver became a snap hook and was totally unplayable. When this happens is it a matter of the path becoming just too much in to out? Ball starts pretty much where I want (right of target) but just curves too much. Ease off the feeling at this point?
oh man, your drills and ideas of a golf swing are so awesome. Luv it soo much. I really can confirm that it helps a LOT. Thank you Larry.

That's great man!!
This is exactly what I am currently practicing when I go on the simulator, thanks for the video. I am going to watch it every time I start practicing.
Wow, great tip, and not too complicated to understand or implement. Thanks
Just LOVE that drill Larry, many thanks!
I've been integrating the loop and it's a great move.
Love these half swing drills!

These are fantastic drills. Thanks for the reminder Larry.
Great lesson Larry

Sounds like you're on the right track, just need to let the face straighten out into the ball more and not hold it open =)
@@LarryCheungGolf 👍, that has always been one of my many issues

That's great George!! Keep at it!

Thanks for watching, not sure what you are asking though, can you rephrase??
Looks a great tip. Will try that out soon and let you know 😀
How much grip pressure do you have in each hand? Thanks Larry
I grip it pretty firm, say 8/10 with both hands

doing this move messes me up and i get stuck. then the wrist flip has to take over. how do i fix too much tilt and keep this position?
Can you do a video regarding getting stuck in the downswing?
I'll add that to the list =P
Very helpful. But what's a push draw? I know what a draw is...
I would say a push draw is a shot that starts right of my target and draws back towards my target
every time I've tried a loop drill like this I hit thin toe shots, what am I doing wrong? Thanks love the channel
Tough to say without seeing your swing =)
I hit lots of blocks right with my driver- is there a video to help with that sir?
Hard to say for sure what the cause is without seeing your swing, but you could try closing your clubface more in the downswing =)
@@LarryCheungGolf Thank you sir
Larry, could this lead to getting “stuck”. Maybe a video on that?
Its definitely coming !!!
Thanks, Larry! :)
How can i get a personal lesson from you
You can email me at Larry@Larrycheunggolf.com =)

Hard to say without seeing what you look like, either you need to rotate better, or ease off of it as a guess =P
Professor frink ?
