I've been using 20% on my birds once they get to the 6 week mark. I haven't started processing birds for meat yet just eggs.

I have had my quail for 2.5 years and still laying a lot, I had a few pass away the last couple weeks do you think it’s from old age? I assumed they don’t live this long

Can I use compressed straw for a rabbit nest box. And is it ok to use a bulkhead fitting for an automatic waterer for rabbits.

I have 4-8-week-old Goslings/Ducklings. I have them on 20% starter chicken feed with niacin supplement every day. I also have 30 quail eggs in my incubator. Going on 12 th day. after they reach 8 weeks can I give them laying crumbles I give my chickens with 16% protein content ?

I’ve been switching to a lower protein when my quail are 6-8 weeks old. Are there indications that would show they need the higher protein as adults? (I use 27% protein for chicks, 20% protein for adults).

In my compost bin I have a ton of Red-worms, can I feed them to my quail? I am worried they might contain parasites. Thanks
