  • Wanted to try something specific for my first Nano Drak build:
twin motors (2806.5 motors with 6 or 7 inch props) : to reduce the noise, and climb fast
6S 21700 liion to get decent autonomy and Amps.
no boomer: less weight, easier to carry on a backpack.
So main challenge was to put the battery inside and get good CG.
For this i had to split the battery in 2 parts: one in the front, and the other one in the back.
And i have to say that i love it a lot, as i did one flight in the mountain at 8.4km and 3000m climb, and another one at 6km at 170 km/h.
It already flies amazing even if this is not yet fully optimized.
So check the photos below, maiden of the ND and the interesting parts of the DVR in the videos !
Stay tuned for the upcoming HD video of these flights !

Yeah 😎. That was the only day I could fly this place. So I tried it the hard way 😂😂😂. That was quite intense !

Hello, do you have video or pictures of your nano drak fully optimized. It looks to be a nice set up :-)

Here are some photos : photos.app.goo.gl/6tBHm2w9h5dNt1nW7 . The most difficult part has been to get the center of gravity at the right place. For this I had to split the battery in 2 pieces : 2x 21700 liion 3S connected in serial. I am still very happy with this setup. Good autonomy and flies pretty well, and not too big
