      @@edkrang4491he would be next to the drums so he can be as in time with them as possible because the bass is part of the rhythm section along with the drums and so there is zero delay between the drums and him he stands right next to them, quite a common thing in general.

    Sometimes Ed and Phils backup vocals can be almost as hauntingly beautiful as Thom's, this was one of those performances. They were for sure all, on the same wave length that night lol Thom's a Daddy here, a real Daddy, what did you think I meant? Keke

    Thom is definitely an underrated guitarist which I guess happens when you’re the third guitar player in Radiohead.

      The best quote about Thom Yorke that I have ever heard was by Noel gallagher. This isn't exact but it was something along the lines of "Thom Yorke could shit in a light bulb and it would be critically acclaimed"

    I remember after this song came out there was this phenomenon for a while of indie bands having extra toms players. My friends would joke they had a “lead” drummer.

      @@jospliff they just mean that usually Colin is pretty far back on the stage, facing the drums (as it's important for bass players and drummers to stay in time with each other)
