      The fabric I got from Hobbycraft here in the UK. The mix was from Polysil UK. Thank you for asking, I am happy to help.

    Absolutely love the idea! But I’m wondering what should I use to protect the fabric surface other than a resin layer on top? I’m afraid it might get dirty easily… Love your video! 😍

    • @smurphyart-love2create268
      @smurphyart-love2create268  2 года назад +2

      I have covered fabric in Mod podge previously. When I covered jars, but like you I just didn't want the fabric to get dirty and resin was the first this that came into my head, for easy clean. Although thinking about it, My jars are still going strong so may be worth giving that a go also. I will be doing another tutorial in the not so distant future. As I have had a few questions around this piece. If you press the 🔔 you will get a notification when its up. Thank you 😊

    Hey...i really liked your idea...even i want to try this.😍 But am confused on the fabric to use...and with what to give the final coating for smooth finish like mod podge or varnish?

    • @smurphyart-love2create268
      @smurphyart-love2create268  2 года назад

      The fabric I used here was from Hobbycraft , which was quite thick. The second fabric video I did, with darker material was very thin. In which I finished with Mod Podge 😊
      Let me know how you get on? 🥰

    You could have used a paper template so the fabric would be perfect. Yea like a pattern
