  • The best way to work with complacency is to form positive habits. Yet habits are something we take for granted and almost always let them form themselves. Often we do not even realize we are forming a habit or how many habits dictate our day.
    Safety & Habits takes a look at how habits are formed and why we form so many habits. This empowers the viewer to take control of their habits and shape them into habits designed around rewards that are inline with the task.
    Habits are a powerful driver of how we do tasks. It only makes sense to understand our habits so we can take control of them.
