    How do you see the value of properties like this change over time as the development gets built out? Do you think there is more leverage for the buyers in the early stage of the development?

      Depends on how many phases in the build out. But a lot more leverage for buyers in the early stages, sometimes by the final phase the same floor plan is going for $50k-$100k+

    Are you seeing inventory slowly go up, or days on market in SoCal?

      Not really, it may seem like more listings have been popping up because we’re going into that spring market where people start to list a tad more. But overall, still crazy competitive at most price points!

      Agreed, the prices are a bit of sticker shock but down the street about 10 minutes there are townhomes that were built about 7 years ago that are selling for $1.3M - same size.
