Welcome back to Kels and John and to our first Disney Vlog of 2021! Join us for a fun day at the Epcot International Festival of the Arts for what was our first time ever attending this festival! We sample some of the food and drink offerings around World Showcase and check out some of the art galleries, chalk art and art installations this festival has to offer. We also make our mark on the giant paint-by-numbers mural, the Expression Section, which is something we had wanted to do for years!

When you go back to the Festival, try to view the large chalk piece from the other end. The large piece is a forced perspective piece they do every year. Usually they have the pavement marked on where to stand for the best view and for a photo. Last year it was a Remy and table scene, it was pretty awesome. I think I might try to pop over to the Festival on 2/16.

Arty Day PlayxPlay Hello, you beautiful fountain. That's MY EPCOT Center look. The strip will make a nice bookmark. That is one classy looking croissant. This festival looks...calming. It looks like the perfect festival for when you want a laid back stroll around day. Hooray for your staycation!

Yay I'm glad you both were able to get out to this festival, I think it is my favourite for obvious reasons! I dread to think how much I'd want to spend on prints and food! One year we'll go together! That joffreys is the one I saw and wanted to try, sounds so good.

You guys remind me of me and my husband! Haha, we both live in Orlando and met while working at Disney. He was a cultural rep at Epcot (still is) and I was working at MK! Now we’re married and doing similar things like you! We love Disney and travel 🤗

You have to eat at Germany! The entertainment is really great and so is the food - be sure to bring a big appetite lol

Scallops are ridiculously expensive even for a small size. Don't know why but it is. hence the price is passed on to you. All i know is that most scallops are farmed currently not wild caught but no idea the price.
So true! We'll be saving our next scallop order for outside a festival for sure!
What's the average price point of some of the art?
Is the black truffle croissant seasonal or year round?
I believe they are only available during the Festival of the Arts!
